Skip visited us to complete the installation and training of our new keyless entry systems. He was amazingly wonderul (and patient) teaching old dogs new tricks with their cutting edge technology. We recently purchased an AlarmLock lock and gateway for our business. Scheduled the training through GoKeyless. Sent in a big spreadsheet of how we wanted it configured. Scheduled training session with them (they were about 2-3 weeks out on dates, so we didn't get our new lock fully operational for a while). If you're ordering a lock and want training for setup, don't bother paying for rush shipment.
Matt was a little late calling me to start the training session as another of his sessions had run over. He was polite, knowledgeable, and found answers for a question I asked that he didn't know. He showed me around the software and how to set up some different options in the future if we add more locks to our system.
AlarmLock is fairly easy to use and I think this initial training to set up the gateway and make sure all components talk to each other was well worth the time. We will probably use GoKeyless for future AlarmLock and HID card purchases.
Matt was great and very patient as I learned how to program everything. He assisted me with the purchase and was very informative about what I would need based on what I told him.
Unbelievable patience and helpfulness from Matt hooking up this lock. Probably fairly simple process for someone else, but i still mess up turning the computer on and off sometimes. Walked me through the process, showed me tricks (that I will forget) and made absolutely sure I understood. Dealt with Jason for sales- had a great personality and was actually an enjoyable transaction.
Great service & great locks! Recommend the KL1000 Kitlock over any Digilock product! Mike Walker is our go to guy!
Matt was on the phone with us for over an hour answering very patiently every question we ever had about our lock. The sales guy was very helpful too in picking out the lock but I can't recommend him as highly because he said the lock would be easy for a handyman to install - not the case - instead it was about $400 with a special lock company. Matt makes up for it with his amazing customer service and help in setting up all the lock features.
I could not get the DL Windows to download on my computer correctly. After contacting customer support, Thylaar was quick to figure out the problem as well as very polite! Thank you!

Great lock & software, but when windows updated, the software could no longer find the SQL database. After emailed suggestions failed, Matt scheduled a time with me for remoting into my computers & solving the problem. Great support, once I was able to get them on the phone. I do wish the software included a parameter for what date period our access cards are usable, so that I wouldn't need to manually enable & disable them. Some of our users only need access during the summer, for instance, & it would be nice if I could enable the lock to deny access to some cards outside of those dates. As for the customer support though, great service Matt, thanks.
Mike was excellent help to us. We needed locks for one of our projects and Mike made it happen. We received the locks same day. Needless to say we are very grateful. And our Customer was ecstatic!
Matt was very helpful... in spite of having many other customers to help. Recommend email help rather than phone call which can take some time to schedule, especially if you have a problem that needs attention right away.
I've bought several locks key cards from GoKeyLess and they were quick to send replacements when there were issues and also provided excellent support on the technical side with setting up and fixing software.
I fought and fought for hours trying to get my coded key lock to work, including calling the manufacturer. Finally, I called GoKeyless, which is where we had originally bought the lock from. I wish I'd thought to do it sooner. Matt was easy going, patient, and thorough. We had the lock issues figured out within 35 minutes. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
I received no training when my office's lock system was installed, so when I inherited responsibility for it a few years later, I didn't have a clue how to work the DL-Windows software. Matt was extremely helpful in helping me figure it out. I wish service department at my car dealership was this good...

I bought a few items from go keyless. They pretty much up sold me on items I didn't need and didn't work. I contacted my sales representative Aaron and he didn't even bother to resolve the issue. Unfortunately they are the only place that sells Adam's rite assault abloy to end users. I need to return the item that doesn't work and I was told because it was installed that they won't take it back. I explained to them that I assembled it on my desk to ensure the pieces fit correctly which one item didn't. So I'll be buying from a different place with better customer service.
We ordered a lock off the GoKeyless website at the suggestion of another tenant in our office park. They had a better price than even the manufacturer of the lock, so we were thrilled. We paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, so on the 5th day I called to ask for a tracking number. I was told that the product was a special order and that it would not ship from the factory for another 2 weeks. I asked about the 3-5 day shipping and was told "Well that means you'll get it in 3-5 days after it ships from the factory."
NO, THAT IS NOT WHAT THAT MEANS. When you order something and pay extra for shipping within a specific time-frame, it means you expect to get it within that time-frame. Thankfully the customer service representative agreed after I explained why that was incorrect. They had not contacted us to let us know this was going to be a special order, or to let us know about the adjusted wait time. I am still waiting on confirmation that the shipping fee has been refunded.
I am hopeful that we will not have any issues with the product once it arrives (still waiting on that) but I was pretty dismayed at what seemed like under-handed business tactics. When you're already spending $600+ on a lock you don't expect to be nickeled and dimed for an extra $20.

I wanted to let you know that your Tech Matt was the BEST! He was so helpful, supportive but most of all patient. He stayed on the line with me for 2 1/2 hours to resolve our issue setting up our lock and thermostat.
Our time was limited there and Matt was great, troubleshooting and also doing a conference call with Vera.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
