Steve was great on the phone and in the chat room. He was able to track down the keyways for our locks and ordering was smooth. Although he has no control over shipping time I sure wish it could be faster. Overall pleasant experience.
Matt in tech support was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional and knowledgeable during our installation process. We installed 172 of the Master Lock 3685 electronic locker locks in our athletic facility locker rooms.
We like the original lock RTS-Z-EX V8. 2. 11 so much that we purchased 3 more. The tech support staff was excellent. The installation was done by one of our staff members in one day. We will be adding more of these locks to our facility.

He has provided information and insight to help narrow down overwhelming choices of locks and has taken the time to help me understand how it all goes together.

We bought the 2835DC locks to put on 3 different gates that were commissioned by our client, a high traffic condo on the beach. We have had several complaints since including the lock coming unengaged, the "y" button simply opening the gate, and any variation of the 4 digit code works. We have attempted to contact the company several times and are constantly told that is how the lock works (really?) or we are referred back to the manufacturer, who sends us back here. This is completely unacceptable for a lock that costs 242.86. Our ultimate concern is safety at this point and with children in and out of the area and the gate open because the lock doesn't work, they are absolutely not doing their job. Please don't invest your money here as they are unresponsive when assistance is needed and the quality of the lock being so poor.
When I tried to run a report from the DTM, it kept showing incomplete data. Go Keyless suggested I get a new unit since it was still under warentee. I received the new one within the week. Thank you Matt from tech support for being percise and patiet in helping me program the DL1300. Matt gets 5 stars!
After months of unsuccessfully trying to resolve hardware and software issues directly with the manufacturer, I decided to call Gokeyless for assistance. My call was returned promptly and within 5 minutes Jonathan provided solutions to both issues. That's what customer service is supposed to look like!

Please know that Tom was invaluable in guiding me on my first, that caused me to bookmark you and him.

I would like to say thank you to Mr. James and Mr. Skip from Gokeyless. My wife and I recently moved into a new home that had TERRIBLE locks installed on the doors. The handles would litterally fall off when trying to access the door! James helped us find new locks that matched our needs and Skip made the order process a breeze! We just received the majority of our order within 2 days (1 item was special order from the manufacturer). Great service, excellent speed. We will be ordering from here again for the rest of our doors!
I havent met a bad GoKeyless Representative yet. Jonathan has provided a service to my business on providing guidance and the needed parts to repair my access lock. Matt came through and started the ball rolling. For years Ive trusted GoKeykess and Rob Faulconer to provide a safe and secure environment for our clients. The products and service GoKeyless has provided will keep me going to GoKeyless for all my security needs as well as future needs.
Matt spent over an hour teaching me the software and lock system. He obviously knows what he's doing!

We have 4 programmable locks that we have purchased from Gokeyless over the past 10 Years. I have always struggled with the software and programming the locks correctly. Recently I contacted tech support and spoke with a gentlemen named Matt. He setup a conference call with me for a couple days later to assist me with the locks. Our call was yesterday and he spent an hour helping and teaching me how to use the software and program the locks. He also downloaded new software for me. I could not have asked for anything more, he was excellent. He was extremely kind and very knowledgable. I am very grateful. Thank you.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
