Mary was Awesome!

I had set up a base Go Fund Me but wasn't really ready to do anything with it yet. I deleted it and built the new one but it would not set up correctly. I reached out to customer support and Mary had it fixed in minutes. My Go Fund Me page is online and hopping thanks to Mary!

I had a few questions about my GoFundMe page...

When I contacted their Customer Happiness Team, I was skeptical when I noticed a banner that said that they would reply within the next 30 mins...but they did so within 10 mins!!!

My experience so far has been great, and I would recommend this to all fundraisers!

GoFundMe is a great site for those who have big name sponsors or who have the resources themselves to gather people around them in their quest to raise money for needy people, but not as much for those who have much smaller budgets or no big name to encourage people to donate.

I was having issue with setting up and obtaining a withdrawal. I contacted customer service and they replied back very fast with some help to figure out how come i was not getting my withdrawal. Although it took several failed attempts to get the withdrawal the customer support was right their to help guide me thru with ease and comfort to reach my goal. They were fast, courteous, friendly and patient which is important to me when dealing with customer support staff. I was able to resolve my issue upon incorrect info entry by me and get what i needed in my promised timeline to my go fund me recepient. I was extremely grateful for having such a postive go fund me experience and customer support. I would recommed this site to anyone raising funds whether its charity or personal support it is safe, fast and a pleasant experience all around.

Very desperate for a GofundMe account for my sister in-law as she was having problems then hours later in Cardiac Arrest. I had email Customer Service and was surprised at how fast they responded and was certainly satisfied with the answer I received. Thank-you.

So there I was with a $15 charge from GoFundMe on my credit card. No explanation for the charge. And frankly, I had just closed one account because of a problem with a fraudulent charge (still haven't figured out who). So I e-mailed GoFundMe. I got an immediate explanation. I got immediate relief of mind that someone wasn't messing with my new credit card account. Seriously, GoFundMe is a worthy cause and I don't mind paying the "tip." And they did a really good job with their customer service!
