Happy Ending

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Robyn at GoFundMe. Unfortunately my campaign needed to be disabled before I could obtain all the funding needed, and Robyn came to my rescue! She was kind in walking me through the process and responded in a timely manner when I had questions. I found her directions easy to follow and my situation was handled immediately. Correction Needed

I had made a mistake in my entry and it was handled swiftly and professionally! I had put the donation amount in the tip field and vice versa. I panicked but it was dealt with thankfully.

Good customer service

I just started using GoFundMe, and obviously have questions about optimizing resultsand navigating through my options. In particular the responses have sort of narrowed down to a particular person there who consistently
Replies so It's more of a personalized experience that can only enhance or accelerate the learning process. There is definitely an effort made to help me by a person... not just automated responses and since this is all about real people helping real people, it makes a big difference.

As I say, I just started this so I can't speak to results yet... like any campaign or business I'm prepared to invest time... I am encourages by the person helping me... which gives me optimism... important because the troubles that bring me here can be dejecting.

So... Thanks! To the staff and the lady that's working with me especially... Tom

SO grateful!

This is my 1st experience with GoFundMe. There was a terrible explosion this past week and someone I love was critically injured. I am a 'tech dunce' and when I contacted GoFundMe for assistance, they responded so kindly almost immediately and were very professional and compassionate. I am very grateful that such a place as this exists.

From a thankful USMC ( Vet)

When i first initiated contact I thought it would be a string along process inevitably ending in some form of monetary gibberish with monumental fees.
After explaining my plight. I was accepted and given the "GFM" platform to seek assistance.
I met some genuinely compassionate wonderful humans.
The help i received from those employed through " GFM" was accurate and Always preaented in a timely manner and understandable. Thank you.

Not happy at all.

I asked for their help in creating a campaign page a basic campaign, and they cannot help. I am extremely unwell at the moment and need their help and they cannot do it. Not happy at all.

GoFundMe A Blessing

GoFundMe was a site I often read and heard about. Never in my imagination did I think that there would come a time that I would need such a venue. Yet, circumstances arose that left me destitute and without GoFundMe I would be undone and given over fully to despair.

Thanks be to God that there are those that have shared in their abundance with me and mine via the GoFundMe platform. It has been a blessing that has simultaneously left me humbled, ashamed, and blessed.

Operationally, the folks at GoFundMe have been excellent in responding to my questions. Timely and helpful support is rare these days, but at GoFundMe I have not experienced any issues.

Quick Response Time

It was around 7 am Eastern time and I think the Customer Service team is in Cali, they responded which would make it 4 am. I was pretty shocked that Alessandra helped me decide what category, which turned out to be "Other" to post. I am in the process of writing and it will be coming soon. Thanks for great service!

Happy but sad to tried to get funding for a wheelchair accessible lift for my truck but my husband said that go fund me was not going to allow me to do it and it is fraudulent site. I told him these site's are there to help people like me to be able to get help so life is easier.

I set up a gofundme to help us because we've spent everything as individuals rescuing (spaying and neutering, loving, providing, shelter meds) alone, NOT a nonprofit. When people gave I wanted to make sure my sincere thank you's reached them and that publicly people could also see how much we appreciated any donation, no matter how small. Gofundme has always made suggestions how to reach and appeal to people and my endeavors were challenged because I have no family (meaning those close to me) to share and my friends are few and don't exist to continuously support our big hearted and what turned out to be extremely expensive to us in so many ways. Gofundme people have always had my back with ANY question I have ever had these last 2 years. They are fast, compassionate and take the initiative to suggest things to do. They have allowed me to bring this "people" problem of two many not spayed or neutered animals who can't just be fed, they need to be adopted if not feral or fostered. I tamed mainly 65 of the ferals thinking one day they could be adopted... but that didn't happen. I couldn't form a nonprofit in SC because after trapping and feeding and medically treating 125 animals on my one acre I couldn't agree to take in 69 more so I was denied financial help. Thank you, Gofundme, because without you and the ability to ask people to donate a little and share a lot there would have been times, and still may be, when expensive vet bills, medications and RX food would not have been bought. Thank you for GREAT customer service without fail.

Superior Customer service

Let me begin by thanking Rosa C. & Lauren S. For their superior on line customer service. GoFundMe makes fund raising very easy and these two customer happiness team members took that anticipated of customer service to yet a higher level. They consistently responded well within 30 minutes of the team service goals.

There are of course a few aspects of the site that are not necessarily intuitive, even more so for the old geezer like me, but they patiently assisted me through all aspects of getting my combat wounded service member https://www.gofundme.com/chris-andrieu campaign underway.

This page was real dear to my heart and it hurt me rhat i was not able to reach out to other social outlets to help donate money for these 4 boys whom lose thier father
It really saddened me that no one participated that so i took the page down. Still these childrens or the 1s suffering with a single mom to struggle 3 times harder. Thanks for listening.
