The site has enabled me to raise funds for my campaign. I am not overly computer-savvy but this site is extremely user-friendly, and where challenges arise, the customer service provided is excellent.
It's a good site, I just wish I could raise more money for my friend. He needs help and not enough money is being raised.
Quick and easy. Got my problem fixed within 2 hours of inquiry. Their FAQs are very good ones too. Not stupid questions that anyone with common sense could figure out. My question was there and I got help and they took it even a step further. Very rare to find human help this quick and prompt and helpful. Thank you for such an intuitive website and for using real people to resolve issues.
When I need to quickly change course on our fundraising efforts Taleen was quick to respond and very thoughtful in her support throughout. I would most certainly work with the company again.
I had a problem with not remembering my old phone number and I reached out to customer service and they was right on time with helping me to solve my problem in a reasonable time.
I launched a GoFundMe campaign to help offset the medical costs of a very sick, blind kitten that I rescued, and was having problems receiving my email updates when donations had been made. I sent a request for help and received an immediate response. Not only that, the follow-up was seamless, and continuous. They didn't let the ball drop just because of a change in shifts. That constitutes excellent customer care in my book.
They say that they'll get back to you within 20 to 30 minutes but it takes at least an hour. This is important if you're raising money and need help quick.
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and created this fundraiser, this is the second time GoFundMe deleted this account along with by WePay owned Chase. They did not give me an answer this is disgusting and disgraceful. I might potentially contact an attorney about this. If I can give 0 starts I would. Your team stepped up when we needed their help the most. I was so excited we were able to raise so much money for Nellie's 1st semester in college, but then we hit a snag: Nellie was having technical issues with the withdrawal process and I wasn't able to help walk her because she lives in a different state. I reached out to GoFundMe and was very impressed by your team, Juliet, Athena, Mary and Rosa C. Not only were they extremely helpful in getting Nellie the assistance she needed, but they called on each other to help when she was not available. I work in Insurance Claims, so I know the importance of being their for your customers. This was by far the best team Customer Service I have ever seen. I am impressed and also grateful! Our campaign to help replace my sons car which was destroyed after a UK v/s Florida football game was an awesome experience over all. The kindness that people showed us was so humbling.
I liked how I could send a personal thank you note to each donor, which I did and there were a lot of them. The only down side was some of hateful comments (which I know you can not control). In the end, we had a car dealership donate a car to my son, so we felt that we should return the money to the donors.

I would give this 5 stars, however, I don't like the fact that there is no phone number to call. I understand why, just don't agree with It! I like to speak to people I'm doing business with.

We had a tragedy in our family and folks wanted to help and suggested we start a go fund me account for the boys college fund and I had my questions and Juliet and chandler were very helpful and supportive
I've used GoFundMe for two fundraisers. Super easy to use, and their customer service folks are quick to help when you have questions. I had an issue with one of the checks that had been issued, and I would never have noticed not receiving it. After a few months, GFM contacted me about the amount that they still owed me. I was confused and feared it was a phishing email, so I messaged their customer support person and he quickly investigated and determined what had happened, and made sure that a new check was being issued. After dealing with so many online services that have incompetent customer support, I have to give a positive shout out when one is deserved!
GoFundMe has been a lifesaver for me. I was skeptical about it in the beginning but found it to be legitimate, respectable, easy to set up and offers prompt support if you have any questions. You receive any donations within just a couple of days. I have never had any issues with GoFundMe and I would reccomend it for anyone needing to raise money for a worthy cause.

Someone I didn't even know set up the fund for me when I was urgently getting care for an injured cat who crawled on my door step in the middle of the night. I am grateful for the community support and the venue that GoFundMe Provide. (gofundme/save-ace-the-cat)
I initially emailed with a question about the app... Very quick professional reply with a notation that if I needed anything else, feel free to inquire. I had a few other questions that came along and decided to email back along the same email chain that had been initiated and was blown away by the personalized attention to my issues, empathy and earnest desire to help me achieve the best possible outcome. I gave 5 stars, but on a scale of 5, it was more like a 10.
This was the third csmpaign I have work with through GoFund Me. Ths time we ran into a snag because our attirney asked us to take it down. I received a quick, courteous and kind response. Money was refunded and site removed. I was impressed!
