After my email, I was responded to promptly. And promptly again next time. The text of the letter was mail was very polite yet to the point. I've been happy with GoFundMe for the whole time. Do you guys have any jobs? For someone that has cancer in their arm "had cancer" in their arm it's the go fund me or save me from having my family and I live on the streets, excellent job, now I need one. I had an experience with a Gofundme customer service rep that was amazing. She was knowledgeable and very quick in recognizing my issue and coming up with valid solutions. She made sure the process was quick and efficient so as that I didn't miss a beat. Thank you!

I never had a Go Fund Me account before but the only way I was going to get home for my sister's funeral was with the help of Go Fund Me. A friend set it as I was uninsured how this worked. As soon as a certain amount was raised I was notified it would be in my account on a certain day. That day was too late for me to buy my airline tickets. I emailed GO Fund Me and they were very kind and explained how it worked. I knew the money was coming, borrowed the money bought my tickets and the money was there earlier as stated in the email. I go home in time. Thank you.
When I was ready to publish my campaign the system kept telling me it was not ready and it didn't give me any reason or explanation. I asked for online help a couple of times but I didn't get any reply for 2 days. Then I asked for help from another page on the platform and finally, I got an email telling me someone would take care of helping me. The next day the technical issue was resolved. I appreciate anyhow this platform is available. Perhaps the staff is not enough for the amount of people using the service.

She helped me write the request and added somethings that made it sound alot better although it hasn't produced any funds yet I'm still happy with her help
I was especially impressed with the very prompt reply to my several queries. It is very rare that a business responds within even 24 hours, but on each occasion I received a reply within 2 - 6 hours.
I call myself computer challenged. That just means as far as my Go Fund Me page that anything to do with the internet is difficult for me to grasp. Every person that I had contact with from the Happiness team just took in my skills in stride. The way that they just put the steps that I need to take to get my page going was just what I needed. It took a while to really get my page working. But not once did I feel like I was bothering them. They were glad that they could help. Even at 3 AM in the morning. I have to say I was really stressed out when things got confusing. But the assurance from the staff helped me relax. And that sure has helped me feel very good about having a GoFundMe page. I had a refund coming and had a problem finding it. Customer Service person Malia. Got in touch with me very fast and helped locate the refund. I was impressed with her quick follow up to check to see if the problem was resolved. A positive resolution for all.
I had an issue where could not make a donation via my debit card so I wrote to customer support. In less than 30 mins I got a reply suggesting an alternative method and in less than an hour they got me a definite solution. Ese and Jorge follow-ed up once again to ensure if I require further assistance making sure the issue was resolved.
After I closed my account, I discovered there was also a summary that I wanted removed. I called GoFundMe's customer service and in less than five minutes their representative, Kas, solved my issue. I used to be a customer service representative and so I know what can be done and how it should be done. Their representative, Kas, did exactly what needed to be done. She was friendly but professional and easy to understand although I'm hard of hearing. She made me believe that she really cared about my issue. I know that it takes a certain type of person to represent a company. Kas is exactly that type of person. She did a great job for me and deserves more than just my praise. I recommend she be given a pay raise and a nice perk (reserved parking space, an extra vacation day or maybe a free dinner) and a bonus as well as being considered for a promotion. She seems to me like a great person with a positive attitude. You should do everything possible to keep her and keep her happy. Thank you for the opportunity to express my satisfaction.

We looked at putting our campaign on a different platform but were really frustrated by the lack of any mechanism to solve problems or ask questions. This being our first time at this sort of funding strategy, we found the GoFundMe site for customer service to be straightforward and fast.
They responded quickly to my email and helped me out perfectly! The support team of GoFundMe is really great and I would recommend it!
GoFundMe help was great but am not getting any help from any one else we are trying to get the word out but it seems like it isn't
