I have difficulty navigating all the ins and outs of techno-babble and the how to stuff, and they were quick to get back to me which I really appreciated. There are still some things about the layout and glut of removing past campaigns that annoys me (I get confused with too much on my screen) but overall I am pleased.
I accidentally donated twice and was worried I wasn't going to get my money back. Although they have disclaimers in their site that don't guarantee a return of a mistake was made, I emailed them immediately and received a response within minutes. I was super impressed with their friendly and fast service.
I used gofundme to start a campaign to help my best friend raise money for her U.S. citizenship. We beat our goal in just 11 days! I watcged her become a citizen less than a week ago. We plan to have a party to thank everyone who donated, but I needed the list of who donated. Because of some confidentiality clauses, I could no longer access them through my normal gofundme account. You are able to email them for that info though! That's exactly what I did. Pascale who replied to my email(within 30 mins) told me my options. They were able to get the info I needed within the next hour, maybe less. They were super excited for my friend and I! Good ppl, good company! Thank you!

I entered an incorrect amount on a Go Fund Me site, and the customer service staff was awesome with their response. They made it easy to correct the problem, and followed up to make sure I was happy.
I decided to ask for financial help and my account was blocked. The young lady I spoke with had the matter adjusted very quickly. She turned my feelings of despair into a hopeful feeling. I am grateful.
I had two surgeries and lost my job, massively in debt, at the end of my financial rope and my poor cat desperately needed vet care. Go fund me donors stepped up for me and really helped me get Wolfgang to the vet and I think things will be looking up soon for both of us!

I was thrilled to be able to set up a gofundme for my friends LaVonne & Mike, whose dog was hit by a car that just drove away. Who could do that?! Jibs has 2 pelvic fractures and a fractured hip, surgery is up in the $5000 range and there was no way LaVonne could pay this... she's on disability because of a car accident several years ago.
In just a day, gofundme raised $1050! We are on our way! This is hopefully enough for the down payment for the vet. And more comes in every day!

Unlike most online businesses, GoFundMe uses particularly attentive and responsive team members to react to customer needs. Their 24/7 action is second to none in my experience.
I had recently a small enquiry which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Christina in the absence of my usual contact, Gina. This is yet another example of how efficient GoFundMe is when reacting to clients - not waiting but acting immediately.
I can only say that I use online services a great deal and I have not yet found any site to come close to GoFundMe's performance.

When I was invited to attend a valuable training 2,000 miles a way, the $1,500 budget seemed an insurmountable obstacle. I decided to try GoFundMe, and was amazed at my results. Since I am a frequent Facebook user, I had a good source of supporters at hand.
The financial side of the service was well planned. I received the funds in a timely manner, and I felt the fees were fair, since it made it convenient for my supporters to use electronic payments.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the app was sometimes cumbersome to use, especially on my ipad. Only on a desktop computer was it easy to find all the features. Even there I often would loose an update already composed.
The "help" service was excellent, with quick responses that gave useful advice
As a family that has faced challenges and the lows & joys that can bring we have used Go Fund Me - We were able to use the service without any problems or issues. We recently were reviewing our online presence and realized that our Go Fund Me site was still available and felt that it was no longer necessary and didn't want confusion or issues to arise, so we reached out to the company to see if it can be taken down or made unavailable. We were blown away with the customer service we received, not only with the courtesy but the efficiency in how this was handled. The customer service handled it beyond our expectations and we were extremely happy and wish that all customer service in other companies was handled even half as well. Thanks again for such a great experience with your company.

I made a donation for my friends pet, who was very ill. I do not know what I did wrong! But I did something that made my donation higher than I could afford. I called my bank and wrote email for GoFundMe. I heard back within hour from Megan, who went to work on my issue. Megan was not going to be able to finish the job she gave it to someone else to finish. Sorry I don't have the second ladies name. Between the ladies I had a credit and my friend was notified of my error. I can not say enough about the two ladies for the help. GoFundMe hires caring staff..
I thank God for this program. I have not reached my goal but I have faith we will raise the funds needed.
Customer service was excellent with quick response fixed my problem in rapid time and gave ways to make my Gofundme page more appealing
