I needed help with my account and submitted a request. I was shocked at how quickly the customer service representative responded to my request. I needed a refund. My project was no longer listed. I wrote a message to GFM and immediately received a reply. Within hours My project was reinstated and I was given instructions as to how to withdraw the funds. I hope one day to be able to post this most worthy project of painting a mural in Cuba!

I am just an old guy with a computer and I don't understand a lot of the technical stuff so I had problems understanding how to fill out applications and when I asked for customer support they replied to my enquiry quickly and were very understanding. All my follow up questions were answered promptly and all my problems have been resolved.
Unfortunately my daughter was unable to make her deadline for her trip. And your customer service was quick and efficient. They emailed me and are already processing refunds all within 24 hours of notice.
I recently had an unfortunate issue with facebook managing a fundraising campaign and had to create a gofundme account instead. To make sure I didn't have the same problems as I did with facebook and their policies, I asked gofundme customer support to reassure me if my campaign was valid and if there was anything I should modify. Celine was supper helpful and very informative. She gave me confidence that my fundraising was a good cause and she even gave me tips on how to help raise donations more efficiently. It was the first time that I felt that I was actually speaking to someone who listened thoroughly and gave me her most professional and friendly advise. It never seemed as if someone was reading off the answer to frequent questions from a manual, as it usually is with other customer service websites. This was real talk. Love it! And I'm so glad that people like her work for a website that helps individuals and charities to reach their goals in helping great causes. Every customer service should be the same way. Dedicated!
The UI could be better on the site, but whenever I ran into a problem and emailed Customer Service, I got an answer--a helpful answer--within half an hour and often less. A real, live person. Not a chatbot or having to ask my question to "The Community" as with other sites.
