As we were remodeling our kitchen we decided to change a few appliances out. When our local store Pirch provides horrible customer service and said our appliances wont arrive till for 2 months because no one in USA has it we went searching. Found Goedeker's by accident but were so pleasantly surprised. Their customer service called the manufacturer and assured us that our product was in stock. We placed an order on a Wednesday and the item was delivered on following Tuesday. Once again when we decided we needed a Bevfridge Goedeker's delivered. Again customer service was superb and delivery swift. Would recommend them to anyone who is seeking great price, customer service and fast delivery. Thank you Goedeker's!

In the past 3 years I have bought more than 55 appliances for new construction and renovation projects. Needless to say, sometimes there is an issue with a damaged appliance. Goedeker's customer service has been the WORST I have ever dealt with. They WILL NOT call you back (but they will answer an email). Extremely poor communication... and did I mention how rude the customer service representative was. I'm going into week #5 and still my item has not been repaired. If your time has any value to you, then SAVE money by going to your local big box store. I am now dealing directly with the manufacturer on my repair.

I order appliances online all the time for my rentals and had a great experience with Goedeker's recently. They have great prices and all the major brands. It arriced pretty quick. There was an issue on one and they resolved it really well. Very happy with them and plan on using them for my future flips.

I ordered a bed frame from Goedekers, when I received the bed the footboard was damaged. I wasnt sure if it was a manufacturer error, or shipping but I notified the company immediately. I talked to Tiffany who was great, she sent me out an email and told me take pictures of the damaged piece. I took the pictures and Tiffany and I talk via email and she informed me the product has been reordered. A day or two later I received another email from someone else stating that I needed to send the broken piece back before the footboard was sent out. I question this because I thought it was already being sent. I had to now wait until the broken piece was picked up and delivered to them before I would get my replacement. This process bothered me and I expressed that in an email to them. I later received the replacement footboard which came to me damaged as well. I had to wait until Monday to contact the company, Monday morning I got in contact with a male working who informed me I contacted the wrong department but asked for my information and assured me that someone would call me back to rectify the situation. I never received a call or email, I called back on Wednesday when I got through they informed me that the customer service agents where busy and they would have someone call me back. I opted to stay on hold because no one called me back the last time so I wait on the phone for over 30 minutes. When I got someone it was Tiffany again who help once again the process from before repeated wait to send the damaged piece back and then they sent the new footboard out which I received and it was not damaged and my daughter loves it. Wished that this process would have been handled better

Received my new fridge undamaged due to good packaging. I have it connected to my solar panels.It's full of beer and the beer is cold. Temp set at -2 degrees celsius. Perfect.

This item was not widely available for our fridge- it was a second ice maker that was an option by Fiigidaire but not stocked by the local store. Pricing was very good. Unit arrived on time and was easy to install,

I stumbled onto these leather lumbar pillows on Goedeker's site by accident. They were on sale for an AMAZING price! I kept looking at them & trying to find something wrong with them, but, couldn't find a thing. So, I took the plunge & ordered four of them. I get a comforting feeling when a site offers payment through PAYPAL, which Goedeker's does.
The leather on these pillows is excellent & beautiful. It is a distressed with a linen fabric backing in natural. The backing has a two-button closure so the insert can be removed for cleaning.
Goedeker's was nice enough to contact me when the manufacturer didn't have the fourth pillow to ask if I still wanted the order. I told them, yes, that I'd take the three pillows anyway. I'm glad I did.
The shipping & packing was excellent.
I'm very impressed with Goedeker's & would DEFINITELY order merchandise from them again.

I cant even give them one star. VERY disappointed with this company. Had a $700 couch delivered to my home, looked perfectly fine on the outside. Was not able to move the couch into the room it was going into for a few days. When we went to move it we noticed it was extremely wobbly. As we tried to move it we realized the entire back end frame was broken. Called and emailed, was told to send a video which we did and were told it was past the 48 hour return so they couldnt exchange for a new couch. Extremely unfair when you spend hard earned $ on something and get a broken couch in return! Never

Love the items we purchased but both arrived damaged. Goedeker's was great in sending new items but communicating with multiple people made the whole process confusing. It took some calls but everything got shipped back that needed to, new items were sent and all is well. We've had the items for about a month now and are very pleased with the quality of our furniture. It's beautiful and worth the wait.

Delivery people were good. Delivery from manufacturer to Godekers and then to me was too long. Maybe it can be set up where manufacture sends it straight to he customer. I know that Northern Tool does that with Interol Rand.

The cooktop arrived in perfect order... but even sooner than expected.
Possibly of interest to Goedeckers.? There was no notifiation of impending delivery which precluded my presence and the well advised inspection prior to signature acceptance... or an " inspection refused" notation... such an oversight could result in conflict in the event of linvisibe damage... Goedeckers does it right... The delivery advance notificatio failures could result in potential future problems with a customer
