I ordered Whirlpool kitchen appliances Dec 29th after
Confirming all items were in stock via a phone call to a live agent. After the first of the year I get an email that the range was back ordered and will ship January 29th. January 29 range received at warehouse but will not ship until the next Wednesday since that is the only day Goedekers ships. So it did not ship January 29th as promised. I obtain the tracking number this morning hoping my appliances will arrive this week... Progistics (Goedeker's shipper) tells me they have to receive it at their warehouse
Anticipated February 14th to then be shipped out to me...

This was a simple order and here we are more than six (6)
Weeks since my order and no sign of appliances and only stories about shipping
Issues. My project is now delayed. I asked Goedekers (early January) based upon
The Jan 29th promised date when I should receive my package and they told me no
More than 7 days from that date. I trusted them.

The above are all facts and not opinions or recommendations
About this company. Yes, they take my calls, but have misrepresented the facts to me on several occasions. I am hoping to receive my order in February... of 2019. I will update when I get it but at this point, based upon the above, would you want to do business with Goedekers?

Do your homework! Ordered a whole house of appliances had an error on one component which was an order entry issue. Goedeckers customer service department is designed to divert responsibility and wear you out. No follow up even when escalated to ownership. Don't believe the claims of good service! Spend your money where you know that you will be taken care of after the sale.

Purchased a duel reclining sofa in July. It arrived the 17th of September broken. 21 emails, 2 reports to the Better Business Bureau, and a charge back request to my credit card company finally got the part delivered the 17th of December. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Documentation doesn't lie. If I could give them a rating below one star, I would do so.

I ordered a Broan EQLD133SS range hood in mid-July. Good price. It took a month and a half for the range hood to be delivered, finally arriving the first week of September. Unfortunately the hood was damaged (dented) either in transit or at the factory. I contacted customer service the day it was delivered and forwarded photos as requested. They would not send a replacement unit until the damaged one had been picked up and returned by the manufacturer. A dozen or more emails, multiple calls and 3 weeks later and still the unit sat waiting for pick up. Finally cancelled the replacement and opted for a refund. The unit was finally picked up the first week of October and received by Goedeker 10/12. I am still waiting for the refund on my credit card.

This company rocks

This company rocks.
The new refrigerator was easy to purchase, the price was less than the one I had to replace due to damage yet it was a newer model, and the communication I received left me feeling blessed to have picked the company.
I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who wants quality items at a great a competitive price.

I ordered a light through them my package came damaged and had missing parts and no installation manual. The light didn't fit and I wanted to return it and they made me use there carrier and charged me 273.00 dollars to return it. They are terrible and rude. Stay away

Recently switched an all electric range to a dual fuel KitchenAid Range from Goedeker's. Their online service is top notch. The delivery was fast as lightning. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with for an online retailer. Any questions that I had before, during and after the appliance's arrival, any customer service representative I spoke with took all of the time I needed to fully answer my questions. Top Notch!

Bought a Whirlpool stove on 4th of July 2018. The stove was delivered DAMAGED... It's been 3 1/2 months and they WILL NOT Replace It...

ADAM SURLS from Goedekers promised to replace the damaged stove but recanted his promise 2 months later. He is a LIAR and won't return my calls. I've left numerous voicemails & many emails, NO RESPONSE!

Now they won't even replace the damaged part. NO refund, NO replacement, NO repair. 3 Months trying to get this resolved but they have been non-responsive and elusive.

I'm STUCK with a DAMAGED stove!

***DO NOT BUY from this GOEDEKERS. They use a DISHONEST 48-HOUR RETURN POLICY to screw you over***

Very unhappy
October 10, 2018

I purchase a stove and a fridge on Sept 5th. The stove was delivered after three weeks of waiting and asking for updates. Together with stove they tried to sell me an open box dented fridge which I refused to accept. A few times they offered me to send a door to repair the fridge which I didn't have. I had to fight with them to get a new not damaged fridge instead. After 35 days of waiting the shipping information is still only promises. Currently they think the Oct 15th maybe the date and again promised to contact me. I am very unhappy and do not recommend you the company and their services.

Excellent Quality

I made my first purchase from Goedeker's and I couldn't be happier! I ordered two sleeper chairs and they are beautiful, very comfortable and the quality is exceptional. They were by far the best price I found for the chairs. They shipped out on time and the delivery man was so nice. I will definitely shop and buy from Goedeker's again!

WORST company EVER!

Goedecker combined with AM Home Delivery (transportation company Goedecker uses) is the worst EVER coupled with bad customer service from both companies making it the worst customer experience ever. Geodecker doesn't take responsibility for delivery time nor is their customer reps helpful or kind. Ordered item on 9/2 and as of today, 9/28, I still have not received the order. Note that before placing an order.

I ordered a MayTag Dishwasher from Goedeker's and this is the first-time ordering from this company. To be honest, I failed to do my research and read all the online reviews. I was lured by the low cost (but not much lower than Home Depot). I place the order on September 2nd. Soon after, I placed an order, I received an email confirmation that my order was received, I received another email notifying me that my order was on the way and when it arrives, a delivery company will contract me to schedule delivery. Well, it's been past 12 business days and I haven't heard from the shipping company. I reached out to Goedeker and their response was "Goedeker's is not in control of delivery dates, it's all up to AM Delivery. Please call them if you would like, *******9010". Well, I did call AM Delivery and they are unable to located the item on their dock. If Goedeker do not control delivery and the AM delivery can't locate the item, what does one have to do?

Order placed on Sunday, 9/2

9/6 Dishwasher arrive to Godeker warehouse

9/11 Order shipped to local delivery carrier

9/13 AM advise the item will be delivery either Monday or Thursday of next week

9/18 Spoke with AM Home delivery, they cannot locate the item on their dock. Some will call back no one called back. Email Goedeker, Karla said it take 12 business days to arrive.

9/19 Goedeck advise it's Yom Kippur AM Home Delivery is not working

9/21 Goedecker said, they will delivery to me next week.

9/25 reached out to Goedecker. They will delivery to me next week. Karla from Goedecker said, "Goedeker's is not in control of delivery dates, it's all up to AM Home Delivery. Please call them if you would like, *******9010."

9/28 - As of today, I haven't received my order and it's been much more than 12 business days!

WORST COMPANY EVER

I ordered 3 tables from this company in August. Two of them were broken. The customer service told me to send them back. Now they say that they will not refund me because they are broken. AFTER they already received the item back. So they took my money and the products. Worst company and customer service liars that I have ever dealt with.

I was attracted by price ONLY. But now I know it's because they can't compete on anything else (site content, navigation, copy, images, customer service, response time, follow-up, tracking).

Poor customer service. An antiquated order tracking system. No link. I have to call or email them to request the order status.

Then they email the tracking number with no link to the carrier. You need to cut and paste into the carrier's site/portal. They charged my card and THEN say it's not in stock. So I was just scammed.

That's a scam to prevent you from going to Amazon or Houzz or Hayneedle or Jet or Home Depot or Lowe's or Wayfair. You've been warned.

The Internet shopping experience with other online resellers is much better. Goedekers is in the dark ages.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service.

Horrible!

My experience with Goedeker's has been horrible and painful. I bought a three piece sofa set for the amount $3,300.00. The delivery of which took more than 2 months and still not completed yet -- 1st time they delivered broken sofa and would not return instead they wanted to charge restocking cost of 20%. They use quite ill-behaved trucking company. It becomes customer's responsibility to call this trucking company and stay at their mercy as when they will deliver. I paid Goedeker's white-glove service fees, but these guys just move in the furniture inside my home and did not put it together -- left for me to assemble. Dumped all the packing materials on my driveway -- I had to pay junk pick-up these garbage. When I called customer service, they are they were the most rude people to deal with. I will urge you all consumers, please think twice before you make any purchase with these guys -- they take full payment up-front to trap you. Be careful of these fraudsters. Be warned if you buy something from this people and try to return it. I purchased a set of stools which were about 300.00. They clearly stated "free shipping" and 30 days full refund on the invoice. After several calls to obtain a return authorization I finally sent the stools back (almost unopened - since I just didn't like the color). They proceeded to refund me only 240.00 and deducted 60.00 for shipping! I paid the return shipping which cost me 55.00. They now state they only refund the original price minus and of their shipping cost. If that's the case don't offer "free shipping". So in short I lost 55.00 + 60.00 = 105.00 for ordering something I didn't keep. Never again. This is why people shop local!

Worst customer service

I purchased 2 medicine cabinets and one arrived with a broken mirror. After many attempts on my part to resolve this quickly, I found myself with unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls. Worst customer service experience and I do not recommend purchasing through this website.

I purchased kitchen appliances from Goedeker's and feel the prices were excellent on well-rated products. Free tax & shipping, too. My only caution is that it took 6 weeks for us to get our appliances. Not a big deal for us, as we're starting our reno next month, but if you need them quickly, this may not be the best option.

If you care about customer service, DONT BUY HERE. I have been waiting for a full refund for an item that was ruined. I have sent several pictures and emails
And all I receive is non sense responses. I have dealt with 3 different associates and they all sucked! Go to wayfair!

Goedekers steal your money. WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered a specific model and took screenshots and copied and pasted the model number on the checkout page and sent to my family to see. After checking out, they give you the order confirmation number and total paid, but they do not list the model number. I thought I was good to go, but after the purchase, they emailed me an invoice, on which they replaced the model I ordered with a worse model. Since I know I ordered the right model in the checkout process (copied and pasted it to family), I did not find the need to examine this invoice. When the unit arrived, I noticed it was the wrong model and immediately called before opening anything. They said since they emailed me an invoice with that model number on it (even though I DID NOT order that model) it was my fault for not checking the email, and they kept $250 of my refund for shipping and return shipping. They keep your money for THEIR MISTAKE. Worst business Ive ever worked with.
