Very easy and quick! They are timely, do a good job, and are in and out very quickly. I have only had great experiences with all of the techs I have interacted with.

Shante came out to spray the foundation and brush down the old bug nests. She introduced herself and loved on our puppy before getting to work. She was done quickly and did a great job, even taking special care not to disturb the finch nest in our entry way. Thank you for doing such great work today, Shante!

Jacob was so great! He let me know 15 minutes before coming, so I could put my dogs away. He went over my package once more and gave me a quick idea on what he was going to do today and when they would be back. I would 100% recommend Aptive to my friends and family just for the service so far. We are excited to start enjoying our backyard now!

I've been an Aptive customer for a few years and have been very pleased. I always get text reminders when the next service is going to be and can easily change the day if needed. I always get a heads up text when the technician is on their way and one when they're done. Today was no exception. Thanks Jacob...A+ job as always!

We did not see the pest control done for my back yard and no one notify us to do it now.we really feel very unsatisfied

Impossible to reach. Don't show up when you schedule a service. Leave a residue which they report is safe, but I have found dead birds the day after their service (twice). Provide wrong numbers and emails on their invoices with no explanations. Even after 6 months of complaints. When you hunt down their number, you have to call multiple times before you reach anyone. Horrible cancellation fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was notified before my service technician showed up and then when he arrived. Quatarrious was very professional and friendly throughout the service. He kept me informed on the instructions what to expect from this service. I'm very satisfied.

Stacey was here today and she was so pleasant and we talked about how I believe that this is really working to stop our bug problem. Esp. Stink bugs!

Aptiv always contacts us before appt., does a good job listening to our concerns, and follows up with photos, to let us know what they did.
