Received my second quarter treatment today and well worth the spend, my insect issues, specifically the horrible ant problem we were having, was cut down by at least 80% or more after the ver first treatment!
The Aptive tech Manuel contacted me before arriving at my house. He explained the overall service being provided by him for the day. Manuel completed the work and I was completely satisfied with everything he did for my home.

The pest application worked the first day and to this day. The service is explained in detail of the types of insects are targeted and how the pesticide affects various types of bugs. The technician sends photos of where traps and spraying is done on your property. You receive the agreement by email as soon as it is signed.
Technician was good. He did everything as explained. Crawlspace could have been covered better with longer sprayer. Now hopefully the spiders ants and others wont return and the rain wont make them come back. Aptive is definitely on the pricey side. As long their solutions work as promised we are good. Giving 4 stars now. Will revisit after two weeks.
They came on time to spray all the problems area around my house. Afterward, the provided me with a list of chemicals they used.

Company rep who signed me up was knowledgeable, thorough about service and cost, and great to work with. Techs that showed to complete work were communicative, professional, and very respectful and courteous about entering the home, what my needs were, etc. I have never signed up for pest service, so hoping it feels worth while. Had the inside and outside done. I like that the products are more natural than other companies. No odor after they sprayed inside. Were done in about 30-40 minutes from start to finish.

I wanted them to call me or text me when they get home and let me know. He rang the doir bell and by the time we got in there he had left. Not sure what servicing he did. I wanted him to take care of the backyard as well. Theres no standard process you follow when a techcician gets home. Sometime they call me sometimes they dont.
Answer: My experience was the exact opposite of these. Everyone I've dealt with was very courteous and polite. They arrived on time, did exactly as they promised, and I have absolutely no complaints or reservations about continuing my service with them.
Answer: Yes, they are proactive in protecting honey bees! I had a large bee colony under my shed that I had removed from a bee remover/cultivator company. Aptive treatment actually occurred a few days after their removal and tech informed me that Aptive does not have appropriate licensing for bee removal, therefore they leave that to bee professionals.
