Aptice provides great service that meets any concerns I have and they go above and beyond removing cobwebs.

Their cusomer account website is basically useless. Cannot view my service agreement. Cannot view what by service includes. Only documents are some photos of areas of my house. Does not tell me what exactly was done durng their visit. Any information requires me callling their customer service line which takes several minutes and unfortuately their customer service couldn't answer any of my questions as to where my service agreement could be found (fortunately I printed up a hard copy upon signing up with the reps at my home the day they visited to "sell"), where I find any informantion other than my payment and future visits. I'm very disappointed. Just call, because that website won't help you.

Aptive is really good about sending texts about their service. The tech always arrives on the date promised, weather permitting. The techs
Text before the time they are arriving to let me know they are on their way. They are always very polite, in uniform, and accommodating to any needs of spraying that the customer may have.

Aptive has serviced my residence for about 3 years now. I rarely see any spiders or insect in my house and when I do they're typically neutralized already.

Ed provided great service. Was timely, friendly, and informative about the service! Explained in detail what he was doing and next steps.

Sean did a superb job today. Covered everywhere inside the house with pet friendly spray. Then he cleaned all the spider webs plus two wasp nests that we didn't know about. Then finished with a yard covering spray. He also told us about the effective timing about his work.

I can't think of a negative thing to say and usually I am pretty critical of service providers. All of the technicians that have come to service our home have been very professional and polite. For the last several monthly scheduled visits Sasha has been coming to treat our home, interior and exterior, and she goes above and beyond each and every time. Last week she came for an "emergency" visit to treat our pantry moth infestation. I knew she was coming but the day had been hectic and I hadn't had the time to clean out the pantry to be treated. I so didn't expect her to do so but she helped me remove EVERYTHING from our pantry, wipe it down, and return the untainted items back to the shelves. I was floored. She totally didn't have to do that, but she did, and it made my day. This week she was back for our regularly scheduled visit and treated our entire.7 acres for ants. My dog barks at her incessantly as he doesn't trust the spray tank and she is still super sweet to him. Their products are of course pet friendly and environmentally safe but still keep our house pest free, save for the pantry moths that came in with some groceries or the occasional scorpion that manages to slip through under the door. But our house is spider free and our yard ant, tick, & flea free.

He was very professional, friendly, calling to let us know he was on his way. We really appreciate all of the help and advice for the rodent issues. He was able to help us out today, which we were not expecting. I would highly recommend.

I was introduced to Aptive by Anthony Aptive's sales representative. He did an awesome job explaining the services and what his company had to offer. I liked that this company as environmentally friendly and uses chemicals that are such as I have pets that go outdoors. I also loved that the person who serviced my home was fast and through. I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you Aptive team.

Identified areas with the most bug activity and targeted specific types of bugs. Always effective at keeping the creepy crawlies away.

Absolutely would recommend this companies service very professional members and staff all around from the sales team Jacob was an awesome genuine individual! As for the hands on spray techs I didn't get there names but they were also very informative and insightful very thorough and very informative of the process and techniques used. Very hospitable and effective at their jobs hands down very pleased with their work and am definitely confident in their abilities to provide excellent service! Went above and beyond gave us extra tools and materials for pest prevention and knowledge on how to use the materials! Don't wait give them a call very affordable pricing and very good service all around! Book your appointment and treat your house with nothing but the best.

I've been with Aptive for several years now and am very pleased with the results of your services. All service technicians that have been to my house over the years have been great. One in particular I'd like to recognize is Tom! This guy is outstanding! Always in a good mood, always listens, always provides feedback, always vert thorough and just an all around great guy! We hope to see him again going forward.

Sean advised when on his way, asked about any specific questions, answered my questions and then performed the service and explained what he did. Very friendly and polite.

Let me preface by saying that every Aptive technician has been great, but Moe was exceptional! He was very thorough, provided photos and videos of what he was doing, took the time to explain to me about the product being used (including how long to stay off of it and that it is not harmful to children and pets). And at the end of the service call he took the time to review everything with me again. Moe was very personable and never solicited for a good review, he just let his work and work ethic do the talking. He's definitely one of your best!

Matthew is by far the best technician we've had yet! Professional, helpful & knowledgeable. Excellent service.
