My used Jaguar F-Type was delivered without the engine cover. A new one was $750 from Jaguar. I scanned Ebay and found the Go-Parts listing for a used cover for $150. I was pleased to see the ad had a picture of the ACTUAL part... not some similar part that was sold to someone else, so I could see what I was buying. The ad even had the mileage of the car that the part came from. I was especially pleased that this one still had the "Supercharged" badges still in place. The service and communication was quite good. I was also very impressed with the prompt shipment and that the part was well padded and packed so that it was not damaged in shipment. This was a very good experience and I would certainly call Go-Parts again if the need arises. Well Done.
Everything seems in order. Was surprised the knuckle still had the hub bearing race still in it as well as the lower balljoint

Hard to find part, but arrived broken. Was very expensive to arrive broken. I super glued it and it popped right into place on my Mercedes.
Took a bit longer than expected especially with $29+ shipping delivery fee. The prongs did not connect with the car but at least I have a rear view mirror.

I ordered a new BCM for my Nissan Rogue and completed the purchase on their website. However, I received a control chassis module intended for a Honda Accord. It took some time to get an RMA approved. There was no phone number to contact a representative, and the chat wait times were unreasonable. The email support was also not very user-friendly. The agent tried to end the chat, saying I would receive a response in a few days, but I insisted on staying online until I received proper customer service. The agent mentioned they needed to check with a department manager before proceeding. I repeatedly sent pictures of the incorrect item and the UPS shipping label as requested. I also had to upload these pictures through chat multiple times. After a lengthy process, I finally received an RMA, and now I am waiting for my refund. I am monitoring the UPS tracking number, as I was told I'd get a full refund once the incorrect item is returned and received. I'm uncertain how long this will take. The biggest frustration is that my vehicle was at the shop, and now I need to find another because GOPARTS will not send me a replacement. I do not recommend this company. A simple inventory check would have prevented this, as Nissan Rogue and Honda Accord are very different vehicles.

Only complaint I had was the inability to track my package. That part was sketchy. Other than that everything else went smooth. Part was very affordable for what the dealership was trying to fleece me with.
I ordered a jack assembly to fit my vehicle as the manufacturer no longer includes one with purchase. The part was quickly shipped, well packed, and had never been used. Great all around!
Ordered the wrong part and tried to cancel within 24 hr. AI responded that it had already shipped. Impossible, because it was the weekend! Tracking number said that only a label had been prepared. Sent e-mail to get to a real person. AI responded to my E-mail! This is a low ball clearing house for junk yards. BEWARE!

I will have the unit in the car removed coming Thursday and then see which of the two are correct. Then install the correct one and see that it works. Then I will contact your customer service or who you want me to contact to see how we shall proceed the unit I do not need. Thank you.

I have taken pictures of both units side by side to easy see the difference.
Full tank is pretty close to the stock on with the difference and the metal pipe going into the tank and the included gasket are a touch to small.
