I placed an order for my 2019 Kia Optima. Front Engine Plash Shield. After three days I received a refund. No calls or emails. Just a refund. When I communicate with customer service, they tell me that they do not send this type of parts to Puerto Rico (USA). On the website it clearly asks for the address and the zipcode. By putting the address the shipping increased, I placed the order but they did not want to send me the piece. That is not stipulated on the website and they say that they deliver to different parts of the world.
First off, I should have never ordered from this company in the first place. I didn't do my usual research, and made a mistake. I ordered the Tow Hook Covers for my sister's 2013 BMW Convertible (328i). The cost for two w/ shipping and handling was abour $53.00. Upon receiving them, I immediately noticed they were not the correct size. They were also poorly made Asain knock- offs, and the same part is on AMAZON for $12.00 each. I didn't even open the package, re- checked my order to make sure I ordered the correct part (which I did), and had to pay return shipping. When received back at the vendor, my total credit was $33.00! They removed 25% restocking fee FOR SENDING ME THE WRONG PART! And I had to pay return shipping which was about $9.00. So, all in all, I paid a total of $62.00 and received $33.00 BACK for a part THEY GOT WRONG! My net loss: $29.00! GO- PARTS profit: $20.00 plus the cost of the returned parts, which they will resell! Quite a racket- One can make a comfortable living just sending out wrong parts, deducting 25% upon return, and then resell the SAME PIECE AGAIN to another "sucker."!
DO NOT BUY HERE! THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF BETTER CHOICES!

Since the incorrect item was ordered, you would be responsible for the return shipping cost as is standard with all online purchases. No restocking fee was charged on your return. As the items that you ordered are what was sent, the original shipping cost is not refunded as is also standard with online purchases. Ordered Jeep rear taillight assembly 9/23, arrived 9/29. Fits "OK", not a 100% perfect alignment, but considering it's a lower-cost (than OEM) aftermarket part, I'm satisfied. Only "downside" is there was no tracking info: delivered this AM, installed, still no tracking info when clicking on order # in confirmation e-mail. Never needed to contact company so, no harm, no foul. I'd consider them again.

I recently purchased a bumper for my vehicle which cost me around $640 with the $14.95 shipping included. The bumper is aftermarket and arrives completely bent in a small box. That is the least of your worries because the bumper I bought based on my vehicle serial number and picture they had to display the product was not what I received. I received a bumper with bumper edges 2-3x bigger than my original bumper which means it would have never fit my vehicle. When I requested a refund I was told I had to ship the item back first at my own cost which was a total of $324.78 at UPS with standard shipping. They refuse to compensate me for the cost of shipping although I did not purchase what I received, I was told I would only be refunded the original cost of shipping which was 14.95. My advice to anyone is to purchase your part from somewhere else because if this company sends you the wrong product you will be out half of what you spent on the item. Overall very distasteful.

It was only AFTER you paid that cost that you began to mention that it was "not the same item" as the item we show online. The reason you gave for your return was that you wanted OEM parts, not aftermarket parts. As we only sell aftermarket parts, you would be responsible for the return shipping cost. I recently purchased two headlamp assemblies for my son's car. I had read some negative reviews about Go-Parts, so I was concerned, but decided to give them a shot. Customer Service was very helpful. Items were quickly shipped and in good condition. Unfortunately, my son was able to repair his headlamps and I had to return them. No questions/problems with return. Customer service was very helpful. Of course, they deducted shipping fees and I had to pay return shipping, but there wasn't a restocking fee. They issued my refund the day they received my return. Will definitely use in the future!
There site says, "No Hassle returns." They mean there is no hassle for them, but for you their valued customer, just get ready for the restock fees, paying for return shipping and no refund of the original shipping. I ordered the correct part, but determined that I did not need it to complete my repair. So that apparently makes me a "bad customer" in their minds. In my mind, you just asked me not to be your future customer. I will sell my part on eBay.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect part and I contacted them immediately. I was informed that I needed an RMA #. Once they emailed me my RMA# I only had 3 days to return the part. I had to have the RMA# on the original box. Had to email them the routing number and only send it ground. Which ended up costing me $37.37 for a $55.92 part. So I'm basically only going to get $18 if I'm able to jump through all their ridiculous hoops within 3 day.

We are not able to control the return shipping cost charged by the carriers, and customers paying the return shipping cost is standard when the incorrect item has been ordered.
We also ask that you return an item within 3 business days of receiving your RMA number as we have had too many people attempt to wait 6+ months to return an item. As there is only a 60-day return policy, we would have to decline returns that do not come back within the time frame.

I bought a part, they gave me a wrong part. Then they dont take it back or even I tried to exchange for the right part they refused to do it.

I took a chance ordering a part from a co. I'd never heard of in a foreign country but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered my tail light assy on Sept 12, it arrived in Tasmania, Australia on Sept 20, perfect condition, perfect fit for 60% less than quoted by my local OEM dealer. Am I happy, yep; would I recommend go-parts, most certainly.
In responding to my complaint that you didn't answer e-mails, you stated in your reply it may have went to spam or another folder. I checked my junk mail and other non-priority folders and your reply was no where to be found. Just admit, please, you didn't respond to either of my e-mail inquiries. It would be nice if you had a telephone number for ordering parts instead of funky on-line chat.

I ordered an item from the Go-Parts website that said it fits my vehicle (100% match found). When it came to my address, it was not the right part. Customer service was not helpful and they did not want to retrieve the item. Highly recommend not to shop with Go-Parts.

The part was the wrong one for my car. Then, these folks hit me with a huge 25% restocking fee and made me pay to return the part. I will never do business with these chiselers ever again!

"I ordered a headlight September 12 and told it would take 2-3 days to process, no tracking info by the 16th so I emailed asking about it. * said it was leaving the warehouse the same afternoon and I would have info in 1-2 days. Still nothing by the 19th. *, customer service manager apologized and refunded the shipping, once again said it was leaving that same afternoon. The morning of the 21st still nothing, so when I asked about the info and part or requested my refund, without even trying to figure the problem out and how an order never left after 9 days of "processing", within 20 minutes I was sent a refund. Although they have lower advertised prices than everyone else and a "high" rating, I would be cautious ordering anything from this company."

Ordered part and was told it would be shipped in 24-72 hours. Took several calls and emails to finally hear back. They said they couldnt get part and would refund me. Two weeks go by and no refund. Today I finally get an email saying they refunded me 5 weeks ago.(at least they could keep their lies straight). They gave me a phony refund code.
Just checked Google and they have many complaints. They are on BBB alert list.

I thought the product was great and looked exactly like my upper grill. The only issue I had is that there were no directions for the install. It took a little foce to get the grill in, but I have had nothing but great comments on how the large void is now filled. I would recommend this product for anyone who has the 2013 Ecoboost who may notice a large void in the front of their truck.
Ordered nail gun and nails on Tuesday, paid for 2 day delivery, nails delivered on Friday as expected but nail gun didn't arrive until Monday. Had to rent a nail gun for a job starting on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A message left Friday resulted in a Monday call to tell me the nail gun would arrive Monday. No apology, no refund of delivery charges, no compensation for the $180 rental fee. First and last time for me.
This review is about the incorrect company. We are an auto parts provider and have never sold nail guns. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy you received poor service from whichever company you bought this item from.
