Not sure what Quality Control efforts you're making. Parts were rattling around inside the box. When I opened it, the reflector dome inside the lamp was completely dislodged from the internal part of the lamp.
Update: Was contacted by Customer Service and offered a replacement. I believe this company is doing well and has the right mindset on taking care of their customers' needs. Even though this situation is troubling on my part, I have faith they are taking great care of my replacement.

It was extremely easy to find the part that I needed on the website and the correct and intact part came straight to my door and was dropped off by a competent FedEx delivery person. It was packaged in such a way that it would have had to have something extremely heavy fall on top of it to damage it (taillight).
