Experience was good as far as ability to find correct part and quality. Took a little while to get to me and shipping was pretty high $20 shipping for 4 bolts.
I purchased, "2007 - 2016 Mazda CX-9 Exhaust Header Pipe - Front (Autopart International W*******258)" on April 16'th. I did ask that the part be given additional shipping protection, and was assured by two separate staff members that Shipping had been notified to bubble wrap and/or box the item. Unfortunately it did arrive broken on April 17'th, but Go Parts was kind enough to refund the cost of purchase. I would consider this just a one time mistake that happened, I would do business with them again.
The description of the part said "Right AND Left" mirror. I now understand that to mean that the part fits either side. However, saying "AND" implies that there are two parts. I was a bit disappointed, to say the lease. I suppose the price was average for one mirror among other vendors. Handling cost was higher than expected as well, as the estimate was under $10.00 but the actual was closer to $25.

I thought I was getting an OEM part as the web site showed an OEM number and I don't remember seeing the name of a manufacturer in the listing. Eagle Eye is not even list on the invoice. Will make do with the after market part although it would have cost me much leas if I ordered the after market part from a different vendor. If I am mistaken and Eagle Eye is an OEM certified parts manufacturer my apologies.

Get my order number and link to check on it - it goes to a lady who bought something 2018 and all her info showed up - name address etc. so you website it broken - it doesnt matter to me except thinking someone somewhere down the road will enter their order number and probably it will show all my personal details - so that's nice. It does not matter as i will never deal with you all ever again.
