The replacement mirror you sold me wasn't an exact match to my OEM. I knew this because my old mirror cap was still in good useable condition, but it wouldn't fit on your new replacement side mirror assembly. It would be providing additional customer service to offer to have the mirror cap painted to the appropriate paint code for an appropriate charge. Thanks for your consideration. Lloyd

Forced to use Go-Parts by a certain insurance company who won't rectify parts issues if you don't use their selected vendor. Part came on time, drop shipped from a vendor that we would normally buy from at a local warehouse and we get an excellent parts warranty with easy labor claims. My markup on the part is much less and doesn't carry the same warranty as it would if I purchased from my local vendor. All in the name for saving money for a multi-billion dollar insurance company.

I purchased this bracket for my 2018 Q5. The holes to screw it into my front bumper aligned with the holes in my car. The holes where the plate attaches to the bracket were too wide - they were set much wider than the holes on a standard US license plate. I made it work, but I had to drill new holes into the bracket to get my plate attached.

The little male nubs that were to fit into the female openings did not "click in." No way for them to stay put so I resorted to gluing the piece into place.

You sent the wrong size mirror. The GM part# you sent is GM*******-I ordered GM*******. What you sent is too large to fit in the mirror housing! Why the wrong part?
