The company demonstrates a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in customer service and product delivery. Many customers appreciate the responsiveness and support from staff, particularly in resolving issues and providing assistance. Positive feedback highlights quality products, timely delivery, and a user-friendly experience with certain services. However, concerns arise regarding service delays, particularly with order fulfillment and product availability. Additionally, some customers express dissatisfaction with product value and quality, particularly in footwear. Overall, while there are commendable aspects of customer engagement, the company must address operational inefficiencies and product quality concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

I use Gmail service as my work mail account. The threads systematization is good for work mails only I consider. I tried to use this mail service as my personal box, but I failed in that, threads of personal e-mails got me really nerves.
Simply, Easy to use, and powerful. I do all my email here. There are many features included that I would have to pay for else where. Love it!
Very nice and easy to use, the email is fast and it is not chaged with all these complicated stuff, i use it as my main email.
Love everything about it. It's intuitive, simple, efficient. Easy on the eye. The real deal.
People already know about gmail for its email capabilities.
There is now a new capability in gmail for making phone calls around the world using your computer and mic. Phone calls in the US are FREE until the end of the year, and the international rates are supposed to be very low (I didn't look into the exact rates; just spouting what's on their blog). It's a great looking feature worth checking out.
Gmail is the best webmail client out there. Finally, my inbox is organized thanks to threaded messages. The search is quick and works well (figures) and I'm able to track conversations much more easily than I ever have been able to before. Highly recommended!
I love gmail.
I think it might have changed quite a lot since other users reviewed it in 2007.
I used to have all different email accounts, hotmail, yahoo, excite (way back when) plus local ones from high school and university.
It does NOT have loud adverts taking over your screen! It is pretty on the eyes and also does not send annoying ads at the bottom of your mails.
The way that all your emails are organised into conversations is exactly what apple has done with the iphone text message conversations - it works well, means that you can keep all your messages together for the same topic.
If you want a new conversations all you need to do is change the topic/subject line.
I would recommend Gmail to anyone who needs to correspond by email when not through their work account.
This is a terrible email system, and they say they are better than hotmail BS, now alot of people use gMail so I might get alot of hate for this but, I am just speaking the truth. 1. its still in Beta and it has been almost 3 years 2. Like the other guy the layout is confusing and it crashes alot. 3. there little tool to merge your gmail with your hotmail and yahoo doesn't work at all. 4. claims that you can use your gmail account with Youtube, sure I will say that works, but now you need a google account to sign up for youtube... ( well it tells me that.)
Gmail is a "vanilla" email system. But I trust the privacy and information integrity of Google. - I have a number of email accounts with various hosts. But I use Google/Gmail the most. It does not have superior functionality, storage space or user interface, as compared to other email providers (such as Yahoo. In fact, I think most of the large, free email providers are relatively the same and have comparable features and benefits. They're all quite "vanilla" in my mind. However, I choose to use Gmail because it's a well-intentioned, progressive company; and I trust the integrity of Google to protect my sensitive information -- at least as much as I can "trust" any large corporation. Contrastingly, Yahoo has made some very questionable political decisions in the past (e.g., disclosure of user names/profiles to foreign governments, despite privacy "rights" of such individuals); and I personally question Yahoo's institutional willingness to keep my information confidential and secure, and fight for rights of users' privacy. So I prefer not to use Yahoo.
Terrible, terrible email system - This is the worst email program I have ever seen. The interface is sloppy and confusing. All of the emails from one person are combined into one thread. But they're separate emails! I understand if some of the emails are related, but I don't want all of them together.
Secondly, there are no folders. There is no way of organizing my messages the way I like to organize them. I usually have folders set up for work, friends, etc. but it's just one big mess in Gmail. People say that the search works to alleviate this problem, but I have not found it to be any faster.
These issues, in combination with the privacy issues, make Gmail a terrible web-based email alternative. Much better is the new Yahoo! Mail beta, which functions just like Outlook, but via the web. It's got the slickest interface available (drag-and-drop, real-time sorting) and just added unlimited storage.
