GLS do not care about anything. They do not deliver on the date that they themselves confirm. They do not provide an option to reschedule. And worst of all, they send you a feedback form which doesn't work. Avoid like the plague. Unfortunately my ordered goods have been sent by GLS several times. Now I specifically request not to use them.
Wasn't ringing, I got the online notification I wasn't available. Few minutes later it was already in the store - no way you can make it in that time to the store. Also waiting for 15 Minutes in the hotline - not helpful. They don't care. Don't accept packets from them, don't use their service if you're a vendor. You only harm your own rating.
Despite giving them the gate code (to a broken gate stuck open) and countless HOURS on hold, they cannot figure out how to deliver a package. We've used this service to the same address for years and they mess it up every single time. How you can excuse 3 departments or more not doing their job and wasting hours of my time is beyond me. This company won't stay afloat with all the lost man hours driving in circles. Tomorrow will be their fourth "attempt" at delivering a small package, when i'm working from home, waiting for them. Must be unreasonable to make a simple phone call to the customer.
The last 3 pickups we scheduled were missed. All shipments were booked and ready by 10am also. Quite possibly the worst courier company out there.
Again gls letting customers down. 2 weeks for a parcel, and on the day of delivery they managed to put the parcel with the wrong driver!
GLS is terrible! Incompentent drivers and not enough agents in customer service. No way to contact the local office. Just a nation wide number that they never answer. If you want your parcel delivered, do not used this carrier

Not even worthy of one star! They didn't deliver my package like it says on Amazon. They left a post card. I had to go find this shop and they had different shorter hours posted on the window than on google when I had to service for the address. The guy was still there but refused to help me.
If a company uses this service to deliver your goods please be aware that you will never get your package on time if you pay for one day delivery. This is the third time I paid for one day delivery and this company failed to do so. I ordered my package on a Wednesday morning and it won't be here until Monday!
I paid for next day shipping but my package said it won't be here till next week a total of 5 business days later! They sent the package to Georgia when I'm in Illinois! They only realized the mid once I called them. So they sent it back to California but now they don't know what warehouse it's at! Also every time I called to speak with a manager they said they didn't have one available. Never will I use them again
It is as the worst experience of my life working for GLS US. Friendly recruiter had my guard down, was interviewed by 3 know everything rude men. I was genuine and authentic with a good heart. When I was introduced to the team the IT manager expected me to lead on the 1st day and so I did. Then some man from a foreign country who was an architect solution and opposite time. I could not use my own skills and knowledge as an IT professional and had to adhere to their micro management that obviously isn't helpful, look at the customer reviews. The Product Owner was also arrogant but that also wasn't helpful. The company was so bad they couldn't even deliver work equipment to me with their own assets, had to contract out the job, mind I live in a huge suburb of the 2nd most populous city of a huge south west state. I was accused of not being a good leader, tho I never had a fighting chance, the IT manager whatever he did had a losing view of me from the beginning. Essentially the worst work experience of my life, the worst mistake of my adult life. Please don't make my mistake, stay away from this company in any capacity, it was a disaster. I decided I wouldn't be blamed for their sinking ship or sink with them. I couldn't ever my 2 cents in, which is important for a professional, the solution architect was trying to prove his book theory and own vanity in mind. They should have had a robot or a puppet. They treated me inhumane, i never felt that misogynistic feeling in all my life until I worked IT for them. Just bad. Their negative impact still traumatizes me sometimes. If I can help just one person. Stay away, or if desperate, use the salary until u find something better. These people are the absolute worse adults I met in my time.
After specific instructions on my package delivery. They continued to ignore it 3 times. They didn't call or have front office accept package. They said locked gate or security. There's no locked gate nor security. Now I have to ask to hold package drive 40 mins one way...out my way to get a package I've been waiting on for a week. And cancel prior appointments just to stay and wait for them. And get email not deliverable. It's their depot on Stockton California.
Bought a bike online, the vendor used GLS. It's been lost in Portland for a week. Sad thing about it I wanted to see the bike before we bought 18 for are rental fleet. Now we won't be purchasing bikes because of shipper
I had a package sent to me from Directv via GLS. This is the first time they've used GLS to deliver anything for me. I was expecting the package on 3/27 and when I checked the tracking it would say Del Resched - no del attempt made. I called GLS to verify what the problem was and they gave me the address they had was incorrect. I told them the correct address and it still hasn't been corrected. I was told via email they lost my package and I had to contact Directv.
Not only did they reschedule my package delivery several times, they even lost it with no apologies and no answers! Getting in touch with them is a miracle and the service is more than disappointing!
Every other delivery company seems to be able to drop off packages to me. These guys aren't smart enough to punch three numbers on an entry gate to get into my place. They sent the order back to the supplier and now they want more shipping money to try to deliver the package again. Very disappointed.
They said it will arrive between 12:30 and 15:30 on the day 21th of 03.2023. I really wanted to get this package, I was waiting for it for a month already so I constantly had my phone next to me being at home. I checked the online tracking every half an hour.
At 15:26 they wrote that I was not at home with the time of 14:22.
I can cope with it if it didn't fit in the schedule but lying about my presence is unprofessional.
As a company you can be as good as your employees. Hire people who can be trusted.

The worst customer service I've ever received is provided by GLS. Even though I contacted GLS's customer service multiple times and they requested my email or phone number, I didn't receive my parcel for a whole week after Zara informed me that it had been sent to shipping. Their website also appears to be untrustworthy and cheap. I don't understand why such a large corporation as Zara choose this business as a shipping partner.
Twice had wine deliveries which required someone 21+ to sign for...they tried to deliver but went to the wrong address and then stated that we were not home to accept the delivery. Tried calling at 5:56 PST, got voice mail to leave a message, but website states that they are open to phone calls until 7:00 PST...tried CHAT, waited 15 minutes, no one every answered and then got a message stating that no one is available. Very unreliable service, have advised the shippers to discontinue their relationship with this company.
Answer: Minimum 20 minute wait time via online or by phone. Longest time I waited was 3 hours and still no one picked up
Answer: GLS is the worst logistics company I have dealt with in my 47 years life
