I bought a few items and they didn't even last 2 days. No instructions on how to replace the batteries.
I love it, it takes a while to light up completely and a bit of the crown came off already. But I'm so happy with my purchase and it was good money sent
The shipment took a little time but other then that I'm content with what I got, product works well.
Ordered quite a few LED pool items for my sons 16th birthday in September. I opened 1 of everything just to try them out, and I was ecstatic with the quality and results of the products! I was extremely surprised by the brightness of all the items! Ill be posting additional reviews and pics after the party :)
The cups are wonderful and showed up quicker than I expected. The customer service I received when placing my order was exceptional. I will order again.
The box marked "fragile" was all smashed to hell upon arrival. The box itself is too small so the item was bent at packaging. The sword is bent in 3 different places. I have contacted glow source through the website and have gotten no response. $18+ in shipping will not be refund I would like to have the item that we payed for to give to my child.
I'm only providing 2 stars. I'd provide one if I didn't get both of my purchased items.
I bought 2 of these lightsabers May 27th 2020. One was sent to my son the other to me. The one sent to my son arrived June 12th. I still have yet to receive the other.
At first I figured it was just the pandemic, but I have been calling and trying to find out the status of my item for almost 2 weeks now only to get the run-around from Mr. Solis (apparently the person selling this item).
Twice I've been told, "Oh, it'll be shipped tomorrow and I'll send the tracking information right away."
So the second time I was told that, I called his bluff and told him to send that tracking information right now while I'm still on the phone with you.
Now I can tell he realizes he's caught telling me a boldface lie over the phone. This is the email quote he sent:
"Hey Lawrence,
I'll be working on your claim I will update you with shipping information by tomorrow the 26th."
For starters, he spelled my name wrong which didn't help me feel like he's a guy that pays close attention to detail and values his customers. Second, this was sent from an email address that was provided by Lotus Internet Corp.
Notice he says the 26th. Well as I'm writing this, it's the 27th and still haven't gotten word from him.
So this morning I sent a tracked email to see if he is at least receiving my emails. So far he read the email and has not responded.
This is NOT a trustworthy seller. I've been incredibly patient with him and he's been ignoring me and poorly communicating.
I figured he'd realize that people that spend hard earned money on a product tend to actually want the product and don't typically enjoy paying for items they don't receive.
I'm more than willing to understand the circumstances that are causing delays and mistakes in shipping, but to blatantly lie and deceive is bad business for the long term.
Hope this helped anyone that's considering buying this product. The price may seem good, but you might not get what you paid for.
If I receive my item soon and Mr. Solis agrees to do the right thing and communicate properly, I might be willing to rewrite my review. But for now, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
2020 was a heck of a year and for our high school seniors it was even more so! Luckily my sons school put on a graduation parade and through the parade we were able to shoot the color bombs off! It was awesome!
I ordered something from them on friday and it was at my
House tuesday morning. 10/10 would buy from them again!
We received the light saber we ordered quickly and it was just like it was described! My son loves it!
I like the lightsaber for the most part. It just has a few flaws that should be fixed. Like the light switching should be easier to do. Maybe a different button or something, and motion with sound needs to be more cohesive. The purple needs to be darker. But price is great and durability is excellent. Other than that it's a great product and I would recommend it to others. Glow Source team! You did a damn good job!
I liked it, but it doesn't work under the sun. Besides that though, it's beautiful. If I'm not swimming at night, I put it in my room as decoration. It works great at night and in the dark. 7/10. Yes!
Their website says "If you select "Next Day Delivery", Online orders prior to 2pm will be shipped and delivered the next day, however if it is from 2pm forward, it will be considered as ordered next day and shipped the following day. So I orders prior to 2pm and paid the highest shipping Next Day which cost around $40, but it turned out that instead of my expected delivery of April 29th, the delivery won't happen until May 1st. I had to call and ask for a refund because my niece's bday was April 29th. The lady I spoke with felt sorry for what happened and all she promised me was she will make sure that she will have it delivered on April 30th instead of May 1st and that my shipping cost will be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund.Other than the wrong information on shipping, the products are well loved. I will order here again.
My kids absolutely love there new bike lights. They are bright and really catch the attention of everyone around my kids bikes.

The glow chopsticks are are made of a low quality plastic. The "silver" ends are pealing off and the foil was not applied well.
Getting ready for a western themed festival -- and didn't want to go to crazy on hats cost-wise. These are perfect and fun
I ordered 19.5" green glow sticks and received 17.5", They did arrive quickly but I could have gotten the smaller ones thru Amazon next day
