I purchased from this company 2 years ago and had great results; however, I tried to purchase a Christmas present for my son, order placed on 12-10-2024, order is still showing "awaiting fulfilment" as of 12-30-2024. I have called and left messages, wrote several emails to the company and even tried to use their website "contact us" form (when submitting this form I have to provide my order # - this is why it is not shown on the photo below). I have spoken to 1 person in the 3 weeks they have had my money and I still have not received my merchandise (she was supposed to call the warehouse and call me back in 1 hour... several hours and many days later - no call). I have left my phone number on at least 2 "contact us" forms as well as on each email I sent. I never received a call back. On 12-23-2024 I cancelled my order via phone message, email and website "contact us" and still have not heard back from anyone. DO NOT BUY from this business, they are a SCAM and I guess I have lost the almost $70.00 I paid for the present they never sent!

My order was supposed to ship within 24 hours. Two weeks later, there still was no response to my phone calls, chat online, or emails. Contacted the BBB and found they are out of business but still accepting orders and taking the money. Rotten individuals!

I placed an order on Feb.1st. I will.never get it. Their mailbox is full, there is nobody handling any customer service. They need zero stars.

I ordered a pair of led lighted jump ropes, ova a month ago, tried contacting this fraudulent company, through various emails, tried calling, where someone will pick up then hang up. Or, with the emails, about always being in a meeting blah blah blah bs!. I asked for a refund, to this date 1/3124, no response. Do not do No business with this company!

I didn't get my order and there is no link to make contact. I hope glow source gets this note and contacts me.

I ordered some glow sticks over three weeks ago but the status of my order remains „Awaits Fulfilment". I tried to contact them via email and phone but they don't respond. Their voicemail is full, so you cannot leave a message. Their email and text messages seem to be generated automatically. I informed my credit card company that this is a fraud.

My client ordered LED trinkets in late Sept 2023 from https://glowsource.com/. The order never showed, and Glowsource never responded to her inquiry. I called/texted multiple times 10-4-23 to follow up. No repose to the text and "mailbox is full" at the end of their message. Also the "Shooper Approved," rating seems to also be a scam.

BEWARE! And don't order from this site unless you want to get ripped off. My receipt says they ship 24 hours after the order is received. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and have tried contacting the company numerous times via voicemail, text, and chat. After leaving 7 messages someone finally texted me a week later with an excuse that they had a quality issue but would get my order in the mail immediately, the very next day. That was a week ago. When I reached out to inquire about the tracking number or delivery date , no one will return my messages. I could have ordered from a different shop and received my stuff by now. Not only will my party not have the decorations I ordered, now I have to go through my credit card company and submit a fraudulent charge claim to get my money back. Customer service is non-existant. NOT WORTH IT. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. They pretend they can't take your call or answer your message because THEY ARE SO BUSY HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS...hAHAHA! How many people really buy glow stuff, ever? First time in my life and I still have yet to purchase anything successfully. If this is how they do business like this I can't imagine they have ANY customers. I'm starting to doubt if it is even a real company.

This company will not allow you to put a valid review on their site. It claims the email is invalid even though it says email is ok and it is a valid email address. This is how they are able to only accept any fake "good" reviews that are probably all old reviews! I have proof too. I placed an order for about $80 which was pricey but I was excited to get these specific items I can't find for the kids and us for the trip. Got order confirmation and THATS IT! They took the money and never replied to any of my numerous emails, phone calls, and even the text reply to their automatic text they sent. They never sent tracking info nor the products. They literally took my money and just chose to not send me anything and completely ignore my requests! I found many similar reviews like this AFTER as well! Do NOT waste your time or money. Sad because I had purchased from them years ago and while I got some items that were broken, they did make it right fairly quickly so I felt comfortable purchasing again….big mistake! NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY! Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge! How they have good reviews? Clearly lies and filtered. Paid for good reviews! Lies lies lies….

This must be the worst business I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I order and paid for a product a few months back only to be told that the item is out of stock. Warning signs already! Typical online scam business. They dragged their feet in tyring to pay me back, sending me down dead end after dead end. Lies, lies and more lies - never following up with me and eventually blocking my phone so not to contact them. Little do they know Im not stopping until the right thing is done. I have their name, contact number, contact email and physical address. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Product arrived on time and functioned as expected. On third use, an end cap flew off and could not be found. Attempted three different routes to contact customer service. One method claimed it would take up to 30 minutes for a response, yet no response ever came. Another method claimed 24-48 business hours, yet no response was provided even weeks later. The third method did not produce a response, though did not provide any false claims of expected response time.
Overall, it would have been a decent experience if Glowsource support existed. But since there is none, then one should expect absolutely no assistance when there is an issue with a product.

I received our order for Blinkie Hats, spider rings, face masks, and blinkie earrings. 6 pairs of earrings out of the 10 pairs I ordered do not work. I am not sure how to file a claim. I appreciate the feedback request.

I ordered a pair of hunting muck boots a couple of month's ago 12/11/21 order placed they said I would get an email/ tracking number when they shipped so I waited then started emailing them. Said that they were very sorry to give them more time the order are being completed waited a little bit longer emailed them sorry yet again our warehouse got hit by a tornado there trying to get it back up and going blah blah blah needless to say I never got an email or the $60 pair of boots they charged me for and then just up and disappeared.

I ordered two pairs of hunting camo boots back in beginning of January! I got one email saying sorry for late production you'll receive order confirmation when shipped. Well they took my money I still haven't heard anything and it it won't let me send emails. It sends them back! I'm irate!

I ordered a pair of hunting boots back on December 27 of last year I still have not received a confirmation number nor any kind of response back from them. They took the money out of my bank account and I still do not have my boots as of January 20,2022. Not very happy

I like the material, color, and size of the cowboy purple hat. I love how it lights up as well! But the only problem is that the company takes so long for shipping but I understood that they had problems. I'm in love tho. It lights up different colors
