Late Delivery and Wrong Item Sent

I ordered the 16" Purple LED Foam Stick, per their website and included in my order confirmation "SHIPPING NOTE: All orders are shipped within 24hours upon being received. Our shipping cut off is 2:30pm pacific standard time, all orders placed after our cut off time will ship the following day. We only offer delivery during business days, we do not offer Saturday delivery on all shipping methods unless specified by customer."

It took over a week for the item to be shipped and despite the shipping note it was delivered on a Saturday. HOWEVER the wrong item was shipped (they sent blue sticks not purple). This was for a Halloween costume that requires some construction work so I do not know if GlowSource will be able to fulfill the order in time at this point. I tried customer service, but they are not available on weekends so now I am left waiting in limbo.

Per the photos below you can see that Blue and Purple are not the same. I was sent blue, which is not what I ordered and it was delivered a week later than expected.

TERRIBLE
October 9, 2021

I orderd a large order of hats on September 16. I sent multiple emails and called multiple time and the man didn't help me at all. All he gave were excuses. I am very disappointed. And I tried calling and now Im not getting a response.

Arrived, but very late

I received my order, but it was about two weeks after I got an email saying to expect it within 48 hours. I tried to contact the company 72 hours after the email but never got any response, so I gave up and ordered a replacement from Amazon.

Amazon's replacement turned out to be worse (leaky glowsticks), so I am glad that glowsource.com's order did eventually arrive, but I wish they'd been more communicative. A two week delay, particularly In These Times, is quite acceptable, but being told "it will show up in 48 hours, contact us if it doesn't" and then not responding to the contact is unsettling.

Powder Cannons

I bought 6 powder cannons online. I was happy with the price and everything. However when the product arrived, one of my cannons leaked during shipping. (Picture Below) I don't blame Glow Source for this, it's most likely a shipping issue (Fed-Ex), however, I don't know what to do I'm down one cannon for the gender reveal party.

One more suggestion is to label the colors but allowing us to tear labels off. I didn't know which colors were which when they arrived.

I ordered blinking hats for an event and 3 days before they sent instead a baby hat. I emailed them why this was happening and they said they would resend the hats. The day of the event I asked where this order was, and they said that they could never get a seller. Instead of telling the truth, they lied to me and caused an incredible amount of stress because of their lack of ethics. Please do not shop from this site.

WE paid extra for a certain delivery for a VERY special occassion. When we realized it wasn't happening we called OVER AND OVER just to get a full VM, although it supposedly did an SMS notification to send them our number to call us... BIG SURPRISE< we still haven't heard a word. We will be contacting our credit card number and will be posting everywhere we can so this doesn't happen to anyone else. We also tried to post this review and at the end when we were downloading our receipt it froze up, thus booting us off. They wasnt to make it difficult! Anyway lesson learned check all customer servie numbers etc when buying on line BEFORE making the purchase in case there is a problem!

Missing Items

Everything worked when we checked it all out. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included. We are taking our whole order to a family reunion, so we'll make sure that all parts are covered in bubble-wrap. I think the adults will fight with the kids over the lighted airplanes. The box arrived really smashed in, but even though no type of packing material was used, everything was in good condition. If the weather is good and it doesn't rain, we should have a lot of fun with the airplanes and badminton set when the sun goes down.

Broken products

I ordered 6 light sabers from glowsource. They took a very long time to arrive. 2 of the 6 were broken upon arrival. 1 saber did not light up at all and 1 did not make noise. I sent several emails with no response back. I called customer service several times and eventually got a human on the phone. This person told me they would sent 2 new sabers immediately and that I should "Throw out" the other sabers.
No sabers arrived after that. No one will answer my calls. No one will answer my emails.

This company will take your money and give you bad products. They will not correct any errors. You are at risk of throwing money away by working with this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GLOWSOURCE!

Pink Cowboy Hat

The product came in a box that was too small so the hat was smashed. The hat lights up and the switch on the inside was not glued down so it's hanging which makes it uncomfortable to wear. Also the product was $9 and change and the shipping was the same price
