Wrong color no recourse shop at your own risk. There is a disclosure but it comes down to a complete roll of the dice on color.

For your tracking information, our system automatically sends the tracking number to the email associated with your order once the shipping label is generated. Sometimes, these emails can end up in the spam or junk folder—could you please check if that might have happened?

Regarding the delivery timing, while our goal is to meet the requested delivery date for 99% of our orders, there are rare occasions where deliveries may be delayed by a day due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances during transit. As stated in our shipping policy, deliveries within 24 hours of the requested date do not qualify for a refund or credit. We partner with FedEx and UPS, the best in the industry, who work diligently to ensure timely delivery.

The roses are nice. I asked how to order 50 red roses with 2 of them being white. They said they could do that as you did it the prior year for me. This year I got 50 red roses and no white. 3 of the red roses were broken. I will try again next year.

Today, our claims team sent you the following message in reply to your claim # 149570:

"Dear Ava,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have been notified that FedEx made an attempt to deliver your order under tracking ID # 717964208864 yesterday 11:54 AM but there was no one available or/eligible at the address to provide a signature. We can see that you received your order just today and this delay may have dehydrated the roses and they might be thirsty. We kindly remind you that since they are natural and fresh-cut flowers, they flowers need time to hydrate and bloom. But do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.
Upon receiving your floral box, we recommend trimming the stems around ½ inch" and placing them in clean room temperature water with the provided flower food. We invite you to follow these simple care tips to keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful: https://globalrose.com/flower-care.html
Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose. For example, white roses have green or brown guard petals. You may remove them once the flowers start to bloom.
