Birthday flowers

They arrived on time. I'm a little disappointed in the quality, as the stems are a little flimsy and they are not opening up like the last batch I ordered.

If the blooms are not opening as expected, we recommend trimming the stems at an angle and placing them in fresh water with the floral food provided. Keeping them in a room-temperature environment can also help encourage blooming.

Broken roses

About 50 roses were in terrible shape. Stems were broken and rose buds were broken off the stems. We are unable to sell those 40 roses. I would like tobeither be refunded for those 50 roses or have 50 roses expedited for the valentine season

We are very sorry that the roses delivered did not meet your expectations, and we wish you had contacted us sooner. We are aware that you received your roses on Friday 2/7/25 at 9:50 AM. under FedEx tracking number 441473019896 but unfortunately, we were not informed about this issue so we could have sent you a replacement from our next-day section. Since we are handling fresh flowers, a timely notification allows us to react promptly to resolve any issue in the best possible way.

We kindly remind you that our claims policy states that to process a claim, we need to be notified via email within 24 hours of delivery and that the damaged product needs to be returned in order to qualify for a refund. To know more about Global Rose's policy, kindly refer to the order confirmation email or as stated on our website https://globalrose.com/FAQS.html. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.

Please send us an email at [email protected] with the following pictures:

1- Provide at least one image that shows the entirety of the problem such as picture(s) of all the affected bunched in a group shot. If there are multiple boxes, then panoramic shots of each box's contents will be necessary.
2- Photographs of the respective box labels or stickers that refer to quantity and or variety.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us rectify this unfortunate experience for you and assisting us with pictures so we can address the root cause of the problem and prevent it from occurring in the future.

100% Scammers

Scam company ruined valentines day took $100 payment out of my bank account sent me a email stating they cancelled my order because my payment didn't go through don't make the same mistake as me choosing this garbage no name business unless you like scams and pissed off girlfriends
