Dead Roses

Order system was pretty easy. I had previously ordered for Mother's Day last year and didnt have the same issue. A majority of the roses that I received this time had dark spots, were limp, and almost dead. Not what I was expecting for Valentines day. I will try it again for Mother's day this year but if they are of the same quality we will have to obtain our roses elsewhere.

Very disappointing! Flowers were tiny,wilted and couldn't stand up in the vase. My husband has ordered flowers from you for years and these did not make the grade. It too 2 days in water for them to look like they were alive. We will have to rethink who our florist is going to be

Great product, and delivery on point. Need to have FedEx instructions to leave in front of the restaurant so I don't have to freak out when they lie saying it was refused when no one was here yet. Love Global 4 Valentine's days in a row!

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the website. I have not been able to order more than two colors, where I get to choose the colors I want in a large quantity. In other words if you are ordering 100 roses the most colors you can order are two. It is also difficult to use points you have accumulated in an order.

After placing order, I read that the delivery needed to be signed for so I changed the delivery address through proper procedures with no problems. After that, I even read that a signature could be done online so even better! Great experience overall.
