Whenever we need flowers for an event or a holiday, I always go straight to Global Rose! The prices are unbeatable and the convenience of ordering in advance and knowing that you're going to be delivered beautiful flowers is why I keep coming back! The quality of flower is great and I've never had a bad experience with customer service. I hosted my wedding last February at my home and went with Global Rose as my florist. I ordered all roses and arranged them myself. They were spectacular and gorgeous. They arrived perfectly, were easy to process and arrange, and they lasted a week. Incredible experience. Anyone that's interesting in doing their flowers DIY, I highly recommend! They were so beautiful that I've decided to get a small order of the same roses for our anniversary every year after to make it special. Just bought my 1st anniversary order:-)

I was very impressed with Global Rose. I needed a large handful of flowers for my wedding, and was going to put them together myself. After hearing about GR, I took a chance! They came later in the day than I'd prefer (at 5pm) - but I worked into the night putting these together two days before my event. On the day-of, the roses were opened perfectly and held up until nearly a week later.
I will definitely be buying from GR should I ever need a florist again.

I always set up flowers for Valentine's day for my wife. While most vendors do not support delivery on Valentimes day, Global Rose does. Its a great service

Several years ago I ordered roses to be distributed on Mother's Day. They were to be delivered on Friday. They were delivered on Monday. I received a refund for the filler, but not the rose. I receive no feedback to my inquiries.

A refund was issued for the filler, as you mentioned.
Additionally, a store credit was provided for the roses, which was offered as a resolution for the delayed delivery.
We would also like to note that following this incident, we can see that you successfully placed additional orders with us in both 2025 and 2026, which indicates that the matter was resolved and that you chose to continue doing business with Global Rose.
At this time, there are no unresolved claims or pending refunds related to the 2022 order in our system.
The freshness and beauty of the roses was exceptional. They were delivered when promised.
Issues ordering from a computer. The date selection for delivery throws an error. There is no call in phone number to place the order. I have no issues with the quality of roses delivered so far whenever I have used globalrose. This time around, none of my browsers on the computer allowed for the date selector pop up to fully load. At least provide an option to type in the date, or order via email with some payment link etc.

I have ordered from you guys four times now, and was thrilled with the first two times. YOur flowers come in fresh and bloom at the perfect time, and last a long time; however, my last order was for an event we were doing for Veterens Day, and the majority of the red flowers I ordered were pink. I needed red, white and blue. So that was disappointing. But, besides that, I have been happy. Giving you guys another try for Valentine's Day event, Sincerely hope my roses are all red!
I've had trouble with payment, in the past, it seems to be much better now. And last year, of the 100 carnations I bought a group of 25 were bad, I called and was refunded the money for those. It didn't help that this is a fundraiser every year, for my community, we sell them for Alzheimer's and being shorted 25 was a bit tough.

Previously I purchased carnations in bulk for a school dance and it was so easy! I selected what I needed, payment was easy through various methods and the flowers arrived on time and bloomed just like advertised. The price and delivery are on point but alot of the flowers were not pretty or up to par in the last years delivery. But over all great services and selections and the site is easy to navigate.

We have been selling these carnations for our school fundraiser for Valentines Day since 2022. They arrive on time and are a beautiful product. We get them a couple of days before and load them into sleeves and water tubes we purchase separately which gives the carnations time to fully open.
