They came at the set time I Put and were in great shape. After a few days you may have to put the flowers in some water to make sure they stay fresh but outside of that everything was good.

The roses were packaged, wonderfully to keep them from bruising. They smelled so fragrant and were perfect for my wedding day. My only problem was that when they dropped them off at the condo I reside, FedEx did not notify me via call. So I was unsure who had my roses. I purchased 400 white carnations and 2 groups of different greenery. The flowers were seriously so amazing they came half open and in water over then next 2 days before the event they completely opened up and the eucalyptus was amazing very pretty the other greenery I bought wasn't exactly what's I expected they came so much larger! Still so pretty! The greenery died and wilted a lot faster then the flowers they are still going strong after being shipped 5 days ago and out in bouquets. Definitely going to recommend!

The flowers were not fresh looking. They seemed old and thirsty. Wasn't packaged with water like other flowers have been from other companies.
We are very sorry that the roses delivered did not meet your expectations, but we wish you had contacted us at [email protected] by the time you received your order on February 19 so we could have looked into your case and maybe provided some tips to process your flowers so they perked up beautifully (flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but with appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours). Unfortunately, we don't have any claim regarding your order.
We kindly remind you that our claims policy states that to process a claim, Global Rose needs to be notified via email within 24 hours of delivery. Since we are handling fresh flowers, timely notification is crucial so we can react promptly and send a replacement if necessary.
