Eucalyptus was late and several of the stems not usable. This tightened my timeline to finish 32 table center pieces. Fortunately I had enough extra stems to finish the project with the right look. The mid shaft cuts were disappointing but everything else was great v

We were very pleased with our roses. We were not pleased with the mixture of colors of carnations, we ordered hot pink and only received a few the rest were light pink and white.

I think they're all dying. I planted them and am watering them They're drooping still. So I don't know what's going on.

We're sorry for any confusion! Just to clarify, our plants are not meant to be planted as they don't come with roots. There are fresh-cut flowers. You received your order on February 26, and the typical vase life for viburnum is around 6-8 days, so they are likely reaching the end of their lifespan around this time. We recommend keeping them in fresh water and trimming the stems at an angle to help them last as long as possible.

I was very disappointed by the quality of these roses. They arrived very limp as if they had been in the heat. Sone had petals that were already opened so it felt like they weren't as fresh.

Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose.
