I'm completely disappointed in the quality of the roses received. There was only 47 not 50. They were broken and bent and in extremely poor shape with black petals. These roses were for my wife to celebrate our 50th Valentine's Day together. This was ruined.
Website was difficult to navigate, and when time to check out. I wasn't able to update shipping address or provide a custom note to the intended recipient.

Received my flowers in a box with no light available. All my 120 flowers were dead & no longer blooming.

Order 200 roses for our 20th Anniversary on 2/14. They told me guaranteed delivery today. Today came and went, they took my money but my wife has no flowers. Tried to call the number published on their Facebook site. Just says we no longer have phone customer service, send emails or chat on our website. Tried chatting for over two hours no response sent email to claims and customer service. Waste of time no response. I will be filing a lawsuit to recover my money. SCAM DON'T WASTE MONEY. You will be out money, look like an a$$hole and your loved one will think you forgot them. I will also be reporting them to Michigan and Flordia Attorney General office as a scam.
Even though flowers were bad customer service was very nice and said I would get a full refund from accounting in 2/3 business days
