Received 100 proud roses …. Most bloomed perfectly …. I gave it 2 days but the rest were lovely too…. About 15 stayed closed but I used them for boutinneres so this is my 3rd wedding using y'all and love you guys!

Just how fedex treated the package and how some flowers came some were broken off the stem and some of them died on my the way to me.

Roses came--roots were not packed in hydrogel or anything moist--I put them in water with plant food within a couple of hours of delivery but by morning many the bloom hung their heads in distress and didn't revive with refreshed water and trimming stems--7 of the 25 reds, 11 of the 25 flame orange, 13 of the 25 light pink, and 14 of the 25 darker pink made it to day 3 and are still vibrant and open day 6--I think the roots should have been better packed to improve the flowers survival

The FedEx driver delivered the order to the wrong house. Luckily the person brought the order to my house. I don't know why GR use FedEx because they're terrible when it comes to deliveries. Either the drivers have a reading problem when it comes to street numbers or doesn't care about bringing good customer service. This is not the first time I'm unhappy with the FedEx delivery service. I hope someone in upper management receives this information.
The ordering I thought was easy. Actually I think there should be real pictures of what the customer would be receiving, or even send a picture during the packaging to show people they are not bloomed, add what could help them bloom, how many days to order in order to get a good bloom etc.
