The quality of the carnations this year were not as good as the previous years. A lot of the flowers were broken and so many of the stems were extremely thin and couldn't support the head of the flower.

Flowers (50 Assorted Roses) were not freshly cut when received nor were they assorted as advertised. Was asked to provide pictures of items and did so on multiple occasions to Juan Gomez and Lina at Global Rose and they chose to ignore my request and stated the flowers were not intended to be fragrant.

For the last few years I've been ordering from your company, and the quality of the flowers are always great! The assorted carnations were so pretty this year! I had a few more broken ones than usual, but I guess that's to be expected with the shipping process.

As I was saying the yellow roses were wonderful but the 25 red roses were nearly dead when I received them. I was very disappointed in the red roses. Most of them I had to throw away. Very disappointed with that part of my order.
