My flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Friday however, I didn't get them until the following Tuesday. Customer service reps did reach out to try to correct the matter but I was honestly so disappointed that I didn't get my flowers all the time. Not sure if I want to use company again or look at other comparable companies, the flowers also didn't look as good considering that they didn't get delivered at the time that they were supposed to. I am really sad and disappointed about that.

Update: Customer Service reached out and let me know that all 5 boxes were shipped but there was an issue with Fedex that caused a delay. Global Roses issued a refund for the 100 roses and my roses were delivered 2 days later. I'm very impressed with how they addressed the issue and will be ordering them from again!
Ordered 5 counts of 100 roses. First, they arrived a day later than my estimated delivery date, which is understandable. But I only received 400 roses instead of 500. I do not know what happened but it was highly disappointing.
The roses we ordered for Mother's Day arrived on time and they were just beautiful. Great customer service.

We received the flowers Friday, as promised. I had never bought the regular size carnations before, so I didn't know exactly what size they would be, so I was expecting them to be a little bigger. But, they were very pretty.

We ordered the Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Stems and they were just stunning! They came in beautiful shape and wonderfully protected. We handed them out at our church as part of a bouquet for Mother's Day and everyone was so pleased with them.

The flowers arrived on time and were of great quality! The one concern I had is that we were on a tight timeline and GlobalRose promised a shipping confirmation email no later than the evening before the flowers arrived. Well, that confirmation came at 1:30am the day of the flowers arriving, meaning I went to bed that evening very worried they would be late since that email did not come in the evening.

It was easy and fast. I love that I could get the roses in quickly and they were delivered when they were supposed to be. There were 2 colors that did not do so well, and that was disappointing.

Online ordering is quick and easy. Love that I can get fresh flowers delivered within the week if necessary and pricing is not terrible. Flowers typically come in good shape; however, the white roses that were sent for Mother's day came bruised and discolored. I did not choose white, that was a color that was just given to us, so in the future, I would not choose anything that can "look" damaged, but everything else was fresh and in good shape. Not a lot of variety to choose from for Mother's Day (for bulk orders), but it was also very late notice, so that was understandable.
