I wish i could give zero stars. I ordered 3,500 white rose petals for my wedding. I ordered them to be delivered 2 days before my wedding (just as they suggested on their website), and when they arrived about 90% of them were dead. It was so close to the wedding that i was frantically trying to find flowers locally. When I emailed the global rose customer service they told told me they would not refund my money as it was more than 24 hours since my order arrived. I am furious! That's a ridiculously short amount of time. They didn't even offer partial refund or store credit. Nothing. Just out $120 with no more than a few salvageable petals. That should be fraudulent.

This was definitely an interesting experience for first time buying roses online, I ran into some trouble with my package due to the fact it had arrived destroyed and the flowers were not usable, I had contacted customer service and explained my situation to them and they did an amazing job helping me with my replacements, so big thank you to them for that. The new undamaged package came in the next day and the roses looked absolutely amazing! My girlfriend loved the bouquet I had put together for her so I will definitely be purchasing flowers from here again in the future.

I followed the directions and many of the flowers were beautiful, however, the Matsumoto stems were all snapped near the bloom and wilted, which were 20 stems. Everything else was beautiful.

We ordered 450 roses for a recital fundraiser. This is the second year that we've used Global Rose. This year there was one bundle of 25 in each box of 100 that was in pretty bad shape - brown, wilted or buds drooping. Some perked up with water. But many just didn't look as good as the rest.

Very easy ordering process. The roses arrived on-time (and two days prior to event as requested). The packaging ensured they were shipped safely. After unpackaging and putting them in water with the provided packets, they bloomed out beautifully and had a lovely scent. Great product for the price.
