I recently placed an order for greenery only. Feather Leaf, Ruskus, Cocculus, Ligustrum & Viburnum. I followed directions and placed the order according to the website and items were delivered in a timely manner and as expected. Just FYI, someone has to sign or they will not leave! The greens were packaged nicely, however there were no instructions included as to how to properly care for the items until needed which would have been nice. (2 days after delivery for us). I just put them all in vases with water. The one type of leaf was completely limp the next day, so they were totally un-usable. The one, not sure which it was, cause nothing is labeled..., was not what i thought it would be and was relatively awkward to try and use. I used everything else in our arrangements/table settings and actually had a lot left over. The ruscus and cocculus is still going strong ( 2 weeks later!) I recommend GlobalRose, just investigate what you are ordering so you know how to care for and how to best utilize what you are getting.
The flowers and greenery arrived as planned and the day of the wedding they were perfect. I followed the instructions given the website and these were the most beautiful flowers!

I so appreciate the rapid response from customer service for any and all concerns. Roses are always top quality and in excellent condition, yet I have been hesitant to order other flowers until now. Needed last minute centerpieces for a corporate event. Great delivery dates. I did panic when the flowers weren't dropped off by FedEx, but they came back through for a second attempt, same-day. Global Rose customer support was also very prompt via chat when I had questions.
