I ordered 100 red roses. All appeared to be well until I received the roses. They were limp and not the best quality. Unfortunately my interaction with their customer service team did not fair well either. They used the customary paragraph X section Z approach to deny the quality of the product when in reality when they shipped the roses within 2 days of my event there would have been no way to replace the roses in time.
So the only thing I would caution anyone about is...be careful of their suggestion that your order arrival date is 2 days prior to your event as that puts all of the pressure on YOU at the last minute to find alternate solutions if the quality is not what you expected. Also be mindful of and read all of the stipulations that they impose. Legal jargon is always written in favor of the company and rarely in favor of the customer.

Again, we are very sorry that your order was not what you expected. But as we mentioned in your claim, we noticed that you received o your order as scheduled on October 11 under FedEx tracking number 688493374768 but you contacted us 3 days after you received the flowers. Please note that our claims policy states that Global Rose need to be notified within the first 24 hours of receiving the goods in order to provide compensation. We could have sent you a replacement of your flowers to be delivered on the next day.
You can always check our claims policy in the order confirmation email you received at the time of the purchase.

My overall experience with Global Rose was good; however, the roses arrived with brown outer petals. Ultimately, they looked fine in our arrangements after some TLC, but I would likely not order again.

Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care they can be brought back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose. For example, white roses have green or brown guard petals. You may remove them once the flowers start to bloom. Global rose is much like the airlines. If there is a problem, you are screwed. That want pictures, receipts, your SS# and everything else they don't need. They ruined my daughters wedding bc the flowers were a day late with no water. Then we sent them pictures that were useless to them (according to them) and were screwed. Not like old time where you can show them and the understand. Good luck, I would pay extra and have someone local so you are protected. 1 out of 10 foe us.

We shipped your order on time, but unfortunately, there are certain factors and processes that we cannot control. We have investigated your case further and can see that our claims team addressed your concerns by asking you for pictures of the 1000 White Roses that you claimed were in bad shape (unfortunately, you only sent pictures of about 25 roses out of the 1000 that you ordered). We appreciate your understanding of our shipping and claims policies stated in your email confirmation and that orders may be delivered one day after the selected delivery date and that is why we highly recommend that you schedule your order to be delivered 2-3 business days prior to the event to prevent unexpected delays. Also, please note that our claims policy states that pictures are needed in order to have a better understanding of the situation, so we can check every issue with our greenhouses and prevent this situation from happening again in the future. Also, we would like to clarify, that our team will never ask our customers for sensitive data such as their Social Security numbers and this was not the case as well. Nevertheless, we can see that your particular case was escalated to a higher tier and that our customer service Director reached out by phone to address your concerns and provide the best possible solution. We are happy to know that you were refunded for 500 Roses which is 50% of your order and that we could make up for this delay from UPS. Our accounting department will send a refund receipt in the next 1-2 business days.

I was really impressed with the customer support. When I needed to change my delivery date they were able to get that done very quickly! However, I didn't give this a five-star rating because I was a little disappointed in the color of my "orange" roses. I suppose in someone's eyes they could be considered orange, maybe blood orange or red orange but not 100% a true orange. But definitely great customer service!
