The flowers (daisies, couple types of asters, greens) came right on time, were beautiful, and opened by the time of the party (delivery three days prior as recommended). Very happy with our purchase- ease of ordering online, quick delivery time window as I ordered on a Friday and needed delivery by following Wednesday, ability to track the order, quality of the flowers in their beauty and health. The only negative is that we purchased 5 boxes of flowers (three full 5 gallon buckets once we unboxed them- $500 worth of flowers), and the entire order only came with one small packet of fresh cut plant food. We had to create our own plant food from a recipe we had to find online. It would have seemed reasonable that each box came with a packet of plant food. The flowers received many compliments at the party!

I use Global Rose because of the ability to select the number of roses I want - for an anniversary each year. Easy shopping experience and nice quality flowers. Only issue I have is with Federal Express, who delivered the flowers one day later than originally promised, meaning the package spent an entire day on the original date on a hot truck, then went back to the hub, then was put on another truck the next day, then was finally delivered 24 hours late. Not good for the flowers freshness - and this happened two years in a row! - Not Global Rose's fault of course.
Order was delayed and order was never delivered. I was refunded so I hope this experience is better

I order red roses for mother day, and they were bad. Most of them were so small and damaged. Hopefully the roses I'm ordering for mothers day are in better condition, if not i will be going to a different wholesale.

My flowers came on time! The white roses were beautiful and big. I also ordered pink bonita roses, they were not as pretty. The pink ones were still closed and i did my best to open them but didn't really work.
Our order came in on time, which we SO appreciated. We were a bit disappointed that they seemed somewhat limp. We will certainly purchase these again. We always order from Global Rose and we have had a greast experience with them most of the time.

I have been ordering from Global Rose for over 10 years with large quantities of roses and carnations. I cut the stems and place in water as soon as the flowers arrive. They last much longer than flowers bought in the local stores. I greatly appreciate this company!

I am filing a complaint against the company regarding a flower order I placed around February.
I paid extra for the order to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but it was delivered the day before. Because of that, I do not understand why I was charged extra for Valentine's Day delivery when that service was not honored as promised.
I also paid for 10 stemmed calla lilies, but only 6 flowers were delivered. On top of that, the note/message I included with the order was not delivered either.
My complaint is regarding the incorrect delivery date, the wrong flower quantity, and the missing note. I would like this issue reviewed and properly addressed.

The majority of the flowers did not open in time. They were scheduled to arrive 3 days before the event. They were a day late, which made it worse, but I should probably have scheduled them to arrive 5 days before the event in order for them to have opened in time.

I am an event planner, and some of my designs include fresh flowers that I arrange myself. I have had only great experiences with GR. Floral arrives fresh, and although I lose a stem here and there, this is typical - the majority are beautiful and lasting. Recommend.

The hydrangeas were the best quality flowers and lasted well beyond the wedding reception I was extremely impressed. They were delivered on time I was worried that they would wilt but once they had a fresh cut and clean water they stayed healthy looking and opened up magnificently.

HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS PROCESSING THE ORDER
I have had trouble in the past with the delivery which affected the flowers when they were delivered late in the day instead of in the morning.

My order of astroemeries and filler greens arrived on time and beautiful. I created 24 vases for a fundraising event, and everyone commented on the beauty of the flowers. After the event i donated them to a local nursing home memory care unit and the residents enjoyed the flowers even longer.
