Need some quick flowers. Its been hot in California. My mother-in-law loves Carnations too.

Two days after the delivery of the flowers was supposed to happen I received notice that the address I had given was incorrect. This was entirely a blunder on my part, however, the recipient's Neighbor (who spoke with the delivery person when they tried to deliver the roses to her) redirected them to the correct recipient, by name and location, because the actual recipient wasn't Home the roses were not delivered, that day. They didn't get to the recipient until the address change was officially corrected and at that point it had been a week that they had been in the box and they were obviously dead.
Although I take full responsibility for accidentally punching in the wrong address number, I do feel frustrated that I was notified so late, and that the delivery person didn't just leave the roses at the recipient's door for them to enjoy while there was still some life in them. It did no good to send back a perishable item just to sit in a warehouse for four days…
The roses were from my mother from my father who is in prison. It was five dozen roses to commemorate their 55th wedding anniversary. Because it was a Because it was a surprise I couldn't let her know to be home to receive the delivery. I assumed it would just be delivered and she would find them when she got home. My heart is very sad.

Order flowers several months ago, they lasted a long time and my mother loved them. Back again today to order some more based on my previous experience.

The shopping experience itself was ok trying to pay with Apple Pay was an issue which was inconvenient for me. Majority of the flowers were good some of them were looking on the verge of death and the red roses were different sizes which was not so nice.

We wish you had contacted us as soon as you received your order on Spetember 11 so we could have looked into your case and maybe provided some tips to process your flowers so they perked up beautifully (flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but with appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours)
Also, please note that the roses are packed in two layers, making the roses packed in the inner layer shorter than the ones packed on top of the bunch. Therefore, some of the flowers may have shorter stems. This looks strange at first, but it helps create volume in your arrangements. However, in the future, if they are extremely short, please let us know at [email protected] so we can investigate your case and provide assistance.
