The roses are not as nice as ones I've received in previous orders. I had two orders and expected them to both be delivered today. One did not come. I inquired they said there was a shortage and they would send them out to be here in three days. Our event is in three days so they will not arrive in time. I got an email they sent them anyway! Not acceptable
