After ordering my glasses & following them, they seemed 2 be stuck n quality assurance so I called yesterday (12/21). The rep told me they had shipped on 12/18, yet I have not received an email w/ tracking # nor could rep give me 1. I sent an email last evening with questions & received a response that a Vision Care Specialist would contact me shortly. Yet 2 hear from them. I just want 2 know when 2 expect my glasses as Your website promised. Things seem a bit unorganized.

I ordered two pairs of glasses. One for my wife and one for myself. The progressive prescription in both was correct and the frames were as pictured on the site. Also, the edges of the lenses was well finished. My only negative is that it took more time to order from GlassesUSA than it took to get a pair of prescription glasses from China. Perhaps this is a result of the quality control or just a shipping problem.

I ordered my glasses last month, received notification a week after that my glasses had passed the quality assurance test and was shipped out on 12/6. Last thing I was informed on was that USPS was awaiting my package's arrival. This was 11 days ago now. Whenever I get ahold of the company via email, I get a copied and pasted response saying they're "sorry I haven't received my glasses yet. There's no delay, we're still in the 7-10 business day frame. Well, this is a joke. Not only do I feel like no one cares but it seems to me that no one even knows where my package is. I asked for a simple answer on where it is. No one seems to know just that it's been shipped out. I called the company last week and was told "your package will be there between 24-48 hours"... still not here. How is that even a guarantee when you can't even tell me where it is? Very unsatisfied. I just want the glasses I ordered and I'll be on my way.
