Already did 4 orders, to give the try, First order was process and ship quickly, but the last 3 i waited 16 days for the order to get to my house. And most of the other orders take around 7 to 10 days.
I appreciated the speed of ordering, the only hitch was that SPH was labeled differently on my prescription, but that was easily cleared up.
The process seemed quick for what was needed to be done. I got the glasses with no issues.
I used the sizing guide to place this order for my daughter's glasses. They are incredibly big for her face and the arms stick out ridiculously far from the back of her head. The arms also rub her ears raw.

The frames seem like they're decent, but I didn't get this set for the frames. I got it to have a driving pair with magnetic sunglasses and night driving attachments. Neither of the magnetic attachments sit flush with the frame. They stand off the frame about a half centimeter at the midpoint, warping my vision. They also don't hold onto the frame very well. A small bump and they fall off. Not good for any sort of use.

Easy to go through the process and got the glasses. The temples were adjusted for a giant head. I have bought glasses in the past and had 0 adjustments. These temple were bent outward in order to fit a bear or a gorilla.

Ordering is easy and I love the styles. I have ordered 5 pair over the last 3 years. What I have learned is the craftsmanship is uneven. The sunglasses I ordered most recently were excellent. They also were the most expensive due to the type of lenses, etc. That was fine, they were worth it. Other pairs I have ordered always come with loose arms -- even if it is the same frame. They fall apart - the little glass fixing kit was pretty useless. It is honestly too much work to be sending glasses back and forth so the glasses that break end up in the trash -- those are less expensive. It would be great if the quality in the same frames was consistent. A 100.00 pair is much less "sturdy" than the 200.00 pair.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
