I returned a pair, and decided to get a credit back to purchase a new pair. It's been a couple weeks and no credit, even though they have the glasses back. I've sent 2 emails, and no response. I just decided to return my second pair, and completed the return request on-line, and was told to wait for a shipping label to be sent, it's been 5 days, 3 e-mails, and one call to customer service, and still no shipping label!

After speaking with customer service several times about the shipping issues and lack of tracking updates, my glasses never came, customer service didn't seem at all interested in taking control of tracking them down, and I have still yet to recieve an inquiry as to whether or not I revieved them.

I paid extra to get them faster and I still waited over three weeks to find out I bought the wrong pair. I sent them back and that was even worse. I have been waiting 5 weeks to get my returned glasses I have headaches everyday I really need them and am getting frustrated that they are not here yet.
