At first I didn't quite know how I felt about them so I wore them for a weekend and got so many compliments and now I love them and wear them all the time. Perfect fit. Would 100% recommend it.

SENT THE WRONG GLASSES! Somehow someone there screwed up SOOOO bad that they sent a completely different pair of glasses - a child-size pair even. Forget about calling customer service either, because they can't help you. BEWARE! The glasses are sent from a lab in China. So glassesshop.com is the middle-man here and have nothing to do with what you order. They take your money and that's it. When I called, they told me I will need to send them back TO CHINA, AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING MYSELF. Most places will at east send you a shipping label to use. So I guess in - maybe - two months I MAY or MAY NOT get the glasses I actually ordered. And who knows if I'll get reimbursed for shipping. Wish I could give ZERO STARS for this company.

I purchased a pair of glasses costing $50+ with shipping and everything. They took 3+ weeks to come and gave me a huge headache/were the wrong prescription. When I asked them to rectify the matter they demanded a copy of my prescription, which I sent them, they then told me to take the glasses to my eye doctor, gave the glasses tested to prove they were made incorrectly, have the doctor put that in writing with a letter head, only then would they refund my purchase or make a new pair.

First of all, they took a long time to process my order, after contacting them they finally shipped it. Two weeks after the shipment I still waiting for my package, on top of that they send it by USPS, I really don't know why don't they use Fedex or UPS, I call the postal customer service and It appears that there is an issue with my item due to how the label was placed on it. Because of the size of the item the sender has wrapped the label around the package. This is causing their machines to read both our address resulting in the package being sent around in circles in Michigan. I try to contact GlassesShop customer service by texting, by phone and they never answer me back or call me back. I'M like seriously? Never again...

I recently received my pair of prescription sunglasses, and the minute i put them on, they slid down my nose. I didn't even wear them for a full day because i had to keep hiking them back up my nose every MINUTE.

When contacted to see about getting a refund or an exchange issue, they verbally assaulted me in the mail, acting like it was my fault that there product was faulty. The description of the frames I ordered indicated that they were lightweight, and they are indeed NOT. They also did not give me 1.67 high index lenses like I ordered, and paid extra for. They issued me standard 1.57 lenses and basically accused me of being stupid for not reading the measurements on their website.

I've been ordering glasses my entire adult life. I've never had an issue in returning or exchanging something, let alone the verbal aggression that was coming off on their end in the email.

Do not order from this place. This place is a scam and does not care to help anyone in need of obtaining a pair of glasses.

I was a little cautious getting glasses online. Due to having trifocals and wanting the no lines and having them fit right and seeing out of them correctly. I received them two days ago and I am so happy and impressed. The glasses I got our spectacular I see great the magnetic sunglasses that attach on front how they fit I had to go to an eye doctor just to have them fitted around my ears a little better. But I am very very happy with my purchase and everything for under $100! That's the frames the lens the no line trifocals the scratch coding the UV coating and the Magnetic sunglasses I will be ordering from this company a lot and so will my friends. Glasses that came we're so flimsy and cheap it's unbeliveable.

Return policy isn't easy as advertised, you have to pay for return shipping just to get 50% back and I'm in Canada so the cost to return them is almost the full value I would eat back and totally not worth it. Not what I expect out of somewhere advertising easy no questions asked 14 day returns. You can get 100% store credit but the quality is so bad that's not going to help anything.

If you dont mind arguing continuously trying to prove that they are at fault for a bad product then by all means order from here. HOWEVER, if you want an excellent product from a company that stands behind product and customer service go SOMEWHERE else. Literally anywhere else has to be better then this place! I have been emailing back and forth trying to get a refund on glasses that has a bad blur spot in the lens. They want to give me only 50% of my money back when their own policy states: If you feel there is a manufacturing error, after verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the credit or debit card or PayPal account, or 100% store points. They are fighting me on this. I really wished I would have done a little more research before ordering. This company is terrible! Dont waste your time or money.

Over the years I've gotten a couple of tinted glasses from here. GlassesShop is my go to place for them because before GlassesShop officially have a section for prescription sunglasses, I would just order a pair of glasses but get 80% tinted lenses with it. I know I'd be throwing my sunnies around, so I don't want to spend too much money on them. Each time I've ordered from them, it was a pretty straightforward experience. I get them in the mail and both pairs looked good and were correctly made.
