Just had an awful customer service experience with GigSalad... we had to cancel an event due to Coronavirus since we live in NY suburb. The performer couldn't have been more proactive and understanding. However the GigSalad team decided to keep my booking fee and not provide a refund. In my opinion this is terrible customer service and maybe even illegal. Dollars aren't big but on principle this is something I will fight.

I have utilized the services of GigSalad for 3 years now and am totally pleased and satisfied with how my business has grown with their help. I only utilize the service for about a month and a half a year (holidays), and my business referrals have grown dramatically. I couldn't be more pleased with what they provide. Entering the luscious gated home for the evening was delightful. All of the money was handled through Gigsalad prior to the event, which made the event seem more professional and less "babysitter pay". Smooth, natural, and aesthetic for the following presentation. With the ambience of a grand piano, wine, and horderves, the night was pleasant and successful.
