I ordered what turned out to be the nicest ever fruit basket. Each piece of fruit was perfect, in a beautiful wicker basket and all tied up with a big bright green bow. We had it sent to our home, as we are next door neighbors, so that we could present it to them. One of them has been quite ill, but definitely perked up when she saw the cheery fruit basket.
Although the card was missed on my gift, customer service responded immediately and issued me a gift card which was nice. The best part is they recognized the issue and realized why I was not happy so I appreciated that.

Thank you for shopping with GiftTree! I am deeply sorry that the client didn't know who this had come from, it is never our intention for your kind gesture to go unnoticed. While some people do opt to send a gift anonymously, we do encourage our customers to sign their card messages so the recipients aren't left guessing on who sent the beautiful gift! We don't include any type of billing information with our gifts since they are mainly delivered directly to a recipient. Because of this, the only information that is received is the card message you fill out at the time the order is placed. I hope this is helpful! The recipient loved the gift. The only problem was the card was omitted from the box so they had no clue who sent it. It wasn't until I had a conversation with her and asked if she received it due to tracking stating it was delivered and her not mentioning it. She stated that she nor her husband had a clue up to that point.
I was a little disappointed in the fruit basket - it did not look like it was that full of fruit.
GiftTree is my go-to service when I need to send a gift out of town. I have always had a good experience.

BBQ sauce and rub are good. My issue is the crate was already broken. Screws were stripped and lid wasn't attached. The crate was a main reason for purchasing this gift. Very disappointing.
