Never again! The a to z selection we made for $199 was a horrible choice. Many items were missing and the VERY few that were substituted, were horrible substitutions. Your chat rep Christine C. Told me she could refund half of the item. That is absurd! This was a wedding gift for our COO and we are extremely disappointed! You left out an entire Godica biscuits collection, Marcona Almonds, Black Pepper Gouda and the Charcuterie Trio! You substituted a tiny bag of crackers for all of those!

First and foremost, I am truly sorry for the substitutions that had to occur. Like other retailers, we feel the impacts of supply chain constraints, and it was never our intention for these changes to come as a surprise. We did refund more than half of the order cost as there is nothing more important to us than the customer experience.
I've reviewed the order and images that were sent to us and we did make the following substitutions:
Godiva Biscuits x20 replaced with Godiva Black Label Truffles x24
Marcona Almonds replaced with Feridies 5 O'clock Crunch Honey Cheddar
Charcuterie Trio replaced with Finocchio Uncured Italian Salami
Wyngaard Affine Black Pepper Gouda replaced with Carr Valley Apple Smoked Cheddar

This is my first order. The selection was easy. It is for a friend. I paid 4.95 for ice packs that were only warm water! To spend over 100.00 dollars on a gift was very disappointing! I'm glad I opened it before I sent it over to my friend who was doing favors for me. I was very disappointed for a first order.

My son lives 2000 miles away in California. They just bought a new home and Gift Tree made it easy for me to give them a nice welcome gift as I was not able to visit at this time.
