Arrived timely and food was exactly what I wanted.
I found the ordering very easy and website navigation to be user friendly. I loved the variety of products in the basket. Here is the only issue. The basket. Nothing like the high quality one in the photo, it reminded me of the woven plate holders for paper plates in the 70's. It barely held the contents in the basket and I took a picture because we had no idea how it struggled under the weight of all the food and wine. When you order high quality, you expect at least something similar to the photo.
I am very upset with Gift tree. I ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered on October 9th. They shipped it via UPS. Since wine has to be signed for UPS would not leave it at the recipients door. I advised UPS and gift tree that these people were not home during the day but after 3:30 one of the teachers would be home. UPS came coming at the wrong time for two days. After 3 calls to both the sender and UPS UPS said that the sender must advise them. GIFT TREE lied and said that no one at UPS contacted them but they would contact UPS. Then on Veterans day when the recipient was home ALL DAY UPS made no attempt to deliver and told me that the address was wrong they still had not heard from Gift Tree but supposedly changed the address to the correct address. The next day Saturday they informed me that the wine was being returned to the sender as no one was home.This was also a lie as I had talked to the recipient who waited at home all day. When I contacted Gift Tree told me that I must wait until they received the wine back and then I would get a gift card. I don't want a gift card. I want my money back I can find no information on their website that states they do not grant refunds. By the time I get a refund if I get a refund Thanksgiving will be over and this was a gift for Thanksgiving. For shame.
Why did you charge me twice You delivered 2 packages

Thank you for shopping with us and bringing this to our attention. Upon investigation, I have found a second order that we received with the same credit card but it appears the email address was inadvertently misspelled. One was placed at 5:39pm on 11/8 while the other was placed at 6:12pm on 11/9 for a different item. Because of these variances, our system did not flag it as a duplicate. We apologize, but both fruit gifts have been delivered on the requested dates. As discussed with our team member, we have issued a gift card to your email which can be used like cash on GiftTree.com and never expires.

The item pictured and ordered was a far cry from what was delivered.
Easy to order online, my recipients liked what they received, the food was high quality. My only beef is that the description of the contents and the photo of the gift basket were nothing like what was pictured and described. There seemed to be less than was promised but I'm glad my recipients enjoyed what they got.

This was ordered as a gift sent to my mother-in-law in California. She texted me a picture of the gift basket and I was somewhat disappointment. On the website the bottles of wine and additional snacks were packaged in a lovely basket with a bow. She received these items packages in a cardboard box. Not as special as I expected.
I ordered next day delivery, and it arrived 3 days late.
I am so disappointed with the basket I received. The website made it look so elegant and fantastic. It is NOT. This is a gift for someone and I am embarrassed to give it to her.
I was initially unhappy with how the chocolates deviated from the shown picture (I understand this picture has been updated now), but found the follow-up by the customer service very professional. Presentation of gift card and ribbon also looked very nice.
I am new to this web site. Items were very beautifully arranged and gifts for the more adult and family settings.

Update ~ my friends received their gift on the day that Gift Tree promised and they loved the gift basket! They immediately tried all of the foods and said it was great. They asked for the Gift Tree website info and will order gifts for their friends. Thank you!
I paid extra fees for it to be delivered on time and 2 days later the person didn't receive the goods...
I sent the gift to my grandson (22) in Charleston, SC He received it on time and said that the fruit "tasted like candy!"

I am incredibly sorry that the delivery experience was not a smooth one. I appreciate how frustrating it is to not be able to pick a delivery time, my own work schedule never seems to align with the drivers and it can be ever so irritating when a signature is required.
