Excellent fast delievery of a 3lb. Choclate Turkey for my niece who was going to cook cornish hens instead of a turkey! WHAT?! She loved the surprise but is still not cooking a whole turkey! :D

Ordering is very simple and quick. However, won't know until basket is delivered how my boss liked it. However, never have had a problem with any of my orders from Gifttree. I am a long time customer.

I never received a confirmation Email receipt. Also, I sent my order as a gift and do not know if it was ever delivered and received. These are basic things that should occur when ordering online.

Enjoy the navigation (it's easy), graphics are great. Could use more specific package size info.
The package was delivered two days early - you might want to add that delivery dates might be approximate to your information.

Great products, very well packaged. I was happy to see that the product arrived undamaged - we simultaneously ordered some gifts from another service that arrived damaged and in need or re-wrapping. That was not the case with your products. Very pleased.

My experience with GiftTree is always good. My family members were really happy to receive the hamper. I would appreciate if you come up with meat-free cheese hampers.

The website has an odd response when I tap the item that I want more information about. No photos appear - just a blank space on the right half of the screen and a few empty blue boxes on the right. If I scroll way down I see the printed information describing the gift. Perhaps it's because I'm using an iPad to order the gift.
Additional response: I'm not sure what went wrong, but I thought I ordered my gift to be sent for Christmas. It arrived at the recipient's home two days ago - over a week before Thanksgiving! What an embarrassment for both of us.

Received a basket as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products included. Size of each item was substantial, variety and quality were excellent. After receiving the gift I used GiftTree to send several baskets to friends. I'll be using this company again!

Easy ordering but was fooled by something online that said you could order same day delivery if you order early enough. The day I wanted them delivered, I signed on early and it told me the soonest it could be delivered was 3 days later. That was a disappointment.
