We ordered a basket of British chocolates for our daughter in Sydney, delivery was a week late, what arrived was foreign biscuits, she wasnt able to see what was in the biscuits. They made no attempt to rectify, they kept sending nonsense e-mails.
A complete scam, dont ever be tempted to use this company, you will be very disappointed. We lost £93!

Package did not got delivered and there is no refund.

This site is not good i order items for Valentines. I payed extra to be able to deliver in the right date but until Feb. 16 the item never come. I chatted the agent in livechat but they just read my message without proper reply or explanation. They just leave. I contacted many times and now i give up. So dont buy their items. They just scam and get your money. I regret to used them.

Order a Valentine present flowers and a bear. Spend 81 dollars and i order 2 weeks ago. The flowers arrived in a box they were flat and dead. Also the gift arrive 2 days before valentine. Custer service sucks. They got the complaint and still waiting for a answer. This company sucks. People, just spent your money else were. Happy Valentines!

Dont expect to get your goods I paid mine didnt turn up then they wouldnt give me a refund I had paid with PayPal and eventually 6 weeks later got a refund from them after disputing it. This company is ripping people of all the time

This company is a total scam. Ordered fruit basket for my wife and i kept on calling them to deliver on a specific date but it never arrived.
Im trying to call them to refund but they keep on dropping the call.

They take your money, say they can deliver, then dont. They didnt deliver until I called VISA to fight them and then they sent a bunch of store bought cookies to my son for his birthday(3 days late). Nothing like the picture or what I paid for. Unethical company and they dont care

They took the money out of my bank then e mailed stating they need scans of the card, I tried to call all the numbers it went to the same place someone would pick up the phone and set it down never saying anything then hang up on me I bet my aunt gets her birthday gift,,,,, not

Yesterday i placed 2 orders and today these guys tell me to send them a scanned copy of my ID and my credit card because of some verification nonsense... wtf???? Payment has already been charged from the bank account. Should've checked reviews before... $#*!.

Never do business with these folks! You will lose! Wish I had checked the rating prior to ordering!

I hope they see this review and amend their ways to be a better business, but, given the ratings from others, I don't expect much change.

Disgraceful and fraudulent advertising and quality - late delivery of total rubbish in a basket order that was mis-represented online

This company gets no stars, my order was 4 days late, and they ripped me off on the quality of basket that was in the picture compared to what was order, I estimate it was maybe half the cost. Totally disappointed, I will never use them again.
See photos below, order the Lindt Chocolate - for $95-USD, got the other, maybe worth 25 USD, a blessing I got something
