All I can say is they are Ok. Last week I tried their service I was glad they did exactly what I expected to be the outcome.

Item never arrived as per promised. Very bad impression for a first time customer like me. Will never buy it from this website again. U can have the things back and don't need any refund. Trash it to the dustbin, please. No professional.
This company gives hit abpout customer orders, all they do is deduct money and wont delivery on time. They feel least responsible for customer. Customer Support is pathetic. Iam very disappointed. They cheat customers and lie.

I ordered a gift (Birthday Cake) to Germany five days before. While placing the order it was mentioned the gift will be delivered between the time 10 AM to 7 PM.
But the deliver time 7 Pm never arrived.
Coming to the online chat and customer support.
The only way to track the delivery status is through live chat.

SO DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS SITE. ORDERED 3 DAYS BEFORE AND MY GIFT WASNT DELIVERED. I CHAT WITH THE AGENT AND COULDNT EVEN ANSWER ME RIGHT AND WHEN I COMPLAINED HE STOP TALKING... I HOPE THEY RETURN MY MONEY. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING!
In nice company tradition - I made order for 75 $ gift, it never came - my requests I living chat managers lied that ill get money in 10 days. Hope my bank help me to get my money back. Only reading reviews before buying!
First of all this company should be investigated by the police. They have very elaborate advertising and order gifts for their friends and loved ones.
I ordered a Christmas Basket that cost $76 to my mother. I thought it would be a lovely surprise but instead it turned into a nightmare.
My mother called me to thank me for the gift I sent her, when asking if she liked the fresh fruit I realized that was not the gift I ordered.
It was a very small box that probably cost no more than $10.
They did not even apologies for the mistake, they did not even acknowledge there was a mistake made on their part.
I was very persistent and insisted on a full refund which took about 2 months after.
The whole gesture of making a special happy went completely out the window and instead it caused me a lot of stress.
I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO EITHER.
BEWARE OF THIS FAKE, BOGUS DISGUSTING ORGANISATION.

I ordered an $85 gift basket for a friends birthday. They never delivered and avoided ever attempt to contact them for a refund. I contacted my bank to deal with the matter.
They are fraud, just take money and don't deliver product... live chat is fake as well... they don't have any idea about the products where abouts as there never exist any! Beware... Change your credit card details as well if you have placed the order... Forget about the refund... Issac Lord and Sofia are fake names... they are not the real names... please don't use this site
This website was formerly pickingflowers.com, but it's the same BOGUS site. They claim to deliver gifts international and charge SUPER HIGH prices, like 70 for a pint size teddy bear?!?!?! But they WONT deliver your product ever. They claim to be in Australia, UK, USA and Hong Kong but this is a scam out of India. Beware Issac, Marc, Adam ALL same scammers!

And here is what was delivered. Looks $#*!, the contents chocolates were replaced with some cheap chocolates and box covered with $#*! plastic bag. They charged for same delivery and delivery was not made till late next day and when delivered after several follow ups this?
I ordered a small bunch of flowers for my Dutch friend's birthday and paid for delivery so that it would be delivered on her birthday. It didn't arrive. Contact is a joke with live chat spewing out the same comment "It will be delivered" even today 4 working days late! And when I asked for a refund the chat was ended by them! Avoid them like the plague! I am letting my credit card company deal with this now!
I ordered something to Bangkok and it was never delivered! I asked them so many many times but still no answer. Whether it is live chat or call or email, they cannot provide me any proof of delivery or refund! THEY ARE FVCKING SCAMMING MONEY!
